4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
330 ml. bottle. Pours a bright golden colour, qieth a two fingers head that leaves a good lace and ring. Smell of hops, herbs, grain and some citrus. Medium to full body, fizzy carbonation. Taste of grains, herbs and citrus. To me, a really great lager that does not pale in comparison to Urquell or Budvar.

Opaque gold, strong white head. Lightly hoppy and malty aroma. Balanced taste, good sweet and roasty notes mixed with some bitterness. Finishes bitter, sour and roasty. Okay.

15.3.2014. Mild aroma with malts, some citrus and slight floralness and grass. Grass also in taste, as well as floral. Quite fresh. Pils-like bitterness in aftertaste. Nice pils with some own touch.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Gold with a white head. Aroma is bready with a touch of butterscotch, light floral, grass and spice notes. I could believe this is a Czech beer. Light bodied. Grainy with light bread, moderate floral and spicy hops, some lemon, pleasant bitter finish. Not bad, maybe not the freshest although well in date.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
BB 18/07/15. Poured a clear amber colour with a one-finger white frothy head that retained well and laced OK. Carbonation low and medium. Aroma of grain and light malt is typical of a lager. Taste is bitter/tart; not nice. Light body. Long tart finish. Not nice. A very disappointing beer from Brew Dog.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle from Brewdog.
Boring beer. Nothing Fake about it, it’s a lager, a boring, flavourless lager. True to the style, no individuality, light hops, crisp finish, slightly grassy. Not much more.

Part of my 2013 backlog, and tried at the Strait and Narrow, Lincoln. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma has biscuity malt. The taste was sweet, with a slight bitter finish.
