Una auténtica joya. Nariz muy afrutada con matices de fruta madura, herbáceos y lúpulos cítricos. En boca tiene cuerpo y un gran equilibrio amargo! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle few years back from a shop in Seattle. Big malty nose. Good overall DIPA, bit louder than some, but not too standoutish.

Great nose of purest hops you can imagine. Bit sweetish with even some nutty aromas. Has a lot of malt sweetness to offer which is more of a Bockbier-style with lots of alcohol. Nice one.

I am a big fan of IPAs, especially since this style isn’t that much available in Germany. This one has got a clear deep amber colour with low creamy head and medium body. Nose of spicy hops. Taste of grass, ripe aromatic hops, coriander greens and pink pepper seeds. The finish is quite dry and light bitter. This clearly is no beer of pure refreshness, but more of enjoy and taste. Enjoyed it a lot.

330 ml bottle sampled in 2008. Golden body with a decent off-white head. Hoppy aroma with peach, grapefruit and pine with caramel malt. Flavor is caramel malty with a dominating citric fruity bitterness. Straight forward tasty double IPA.

A clear bronze/amber colour with subtle head. Aroma of caramel and pine. Flavour is malty with a nice depth of hops and a background alcohol.

Bottled, 330ml aged 3.5yrs from Sainsbury’s, Banbury. Amber with white head. Fuller bodied IPA, nicely roasted fruity malts, some alcohol, some plummyness. The hops have become less sharp and more integrated, smooth and orange like. Some sweetness. A very decent beer aged well, good stuff.

33 cl bottle @ home. Rated on 08.07.2009
Aroma has gooseberry bush, some citrus and exotic fruits. Flavour is somewhat sweet and stale with grapefruits, gooseberry bush, caramel and some nettles. Also some odd savor I find hard to describe. Too stuffy and sweet, the new version is much better.

Just tried this a few weeks ago and we impressed with the overall taste and feel of the beer. It’s a solid effort from BrewDog.
