Bottle. Pours a hazy dark copper with an average rocky white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy earthy hop aroma. Medium to heavy body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy hop bitter flavor with a good bitter finish of moderate to long duration. Very good brew.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
12oz best before August 13, 2011. Pours hazy copper/amber/orange with a three finger foamy beige head. Aroma is strong and features citrus, pine, cat spray and weed. Pungent hop aroma, love it. Some caramel and toffee malt. Flavor is very hoppy citrus rind, lemon, grapefruit, pine, resinous hops, juicy, great bitterness, some caramel malt sweetness to attempt some balance, finishes dry with lingering bitterness and citrus. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, oily mouthfeel. Very bitter tasting and pungent DIPA, great stuff, glad to try it relatively fresh.

Delicious beer. I had 2 or 3 at a pub in London on tap and man was in heaven. In Germany, the beer and selection are getting as old as the country, but a quick trip to London proved very lucrative for my tastebuds. Somehow stumbled upon a nice wooden-clad pub around the sheppards bush area, dont remember the pub name sorry guys, but they had this on tap and I was...quite impressed, not only cuz i love IPAs but this brewdog was nothing shy of awesome, if you can find any brewdog beer offering please, BUY IT and consume the entire thing!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On Tap and Brewforia, Meridian, ID. Cloudy deep orange amber with a full and lasting sandy colored head. Big up front fresh hop aroma with some citrus and fresh cut hay. Mild malty body with lots of IBUs and some grassiness in the hop flavor. Big at 9+% but balanced otherwise and the rather strong lingering bitter, slowly fades leaving you with satisfied all around apopreciation. I am not a huge fan of BrewDog as others of theirs I have had have been very mediocre, but going all-out on a DIPA and getting it fairly well goes far.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm. Cloudy amber, small head. Grapefruity nose with salmiak underneath. Sweet, full bodied with clean rounded mouthfeel. Salmiak strangely comes to dominate grapefruit. Hugely bitter finish. An obnoxious American style IPA.

Cask @ Bon Accord. Very happy to find this here, well done! Amber colour, off white head. Aroma is sweet malty, flowery hops, pine and grapefruit. Flavour is pine hops, sweet malty, grapefruits. This typical taste of sticky pine hops also found in Sink the Bismark. Fairly bitter finish. Well done!

4.4 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Several cases from BDog online. Good looking darkish amber pour, with a decent sized white head. Beautiful resinous hop laden snout with big ol’ fruity notes that lulls you into the confident and warm belief that this is going to be a cracker of a glag. The flavour is no let down, sweet malt, hops and fruit all mingle supremely in harmony. The balance between sweetness and bitterness here is just flawless. Bloody awesome stuff, and ticks all boxes in the area, then does a celebratory backflip and comes back and ticks some more. A world class example of the style and one I hope to keep going back to.

Pours hazy brown orange with a medium tan head and good retention. A;roma is citrus hops with caramel malts and a nice alcohol bite. Well stated with a nice spice note. Flavor is bittersweet, but smooth with lots of resiny hops. Long somewhat citrusy finish. Very well balanced and pretty damn good.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Haze dark amber ale, with a off-white head. Citrus aroma (grapefruit) from hops, with malty, alcoholic, herbal, wood and light peaty hints.
Moderate sweet taste with a strong bitter end. Rather long mouthfeel and average body. A great beer, extreme but balanced.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle served at Cancey’s Brewdog dinner.:
Poured a hazed amber color with a 2 finger tight cap that laces well.
Fantastic aroma: Big Big PacNW aroma Citrus, Pine, Mango over a substantial malt profile that gives a roast-toffee aroma.
Remarkable palance between layed hopping and malts...mid palate the complexity hits for a seconf then down a long bittering spiral to the finish that ends with a massive hop bite.
Very decent big IPA
