COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: made for the Danish beer importer "Drikkeriget".

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours amber with a slight haze and an off-white head. Aroma has a little peach and herbs. Medium body, exotic fruit notes, some fruit and caramel with a bitter finish. Not the worst beer made with British hops. But considering all the gibberish in the description I wonder why they couldn’t find space for listing exactly what hops were used. 130810

Bottle at home. Hazy orange red coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Fruity aroma of hops, grass and grape fruits. Fruity and hoppy flavour of caramel, grass and grape fruits. Dry hoppy finish. Very bitter, but I’m not a fan of british hops.

Hazy dark amber beer. Good white head. Semi crisp and semi dry palate. Piney orange leads to bitter grapefruit. All in a creamy malt base. Finishes with sweet pine, minerals and a trace amount of aniseed. Nice!

Bottle at home ... from my De Molen haul ... hazy copper ... thin off white lacing ... sweet pine hop ... light juicy malt nose ... creamy malt front ... juicy body ... light fizz but not too much ... little bitterness ... some pine ... definite citrus peel bitterness... decent enough
