Bottle, february 16th 2013. Thick amber body, medium offwhite head. Aroma is fruity with blackcurrant, grapefruit, caramel. Taste excels with a sweet fruity taste of berries, blackcurrant, blueberries, plum, and a good dash of citrus. All balanced by a rich caramel sweetness and a robust bitterness. Refreshing citrus and blueberry aftertaste. Not all experiments turn out good, but this is a damn good job, more beers like this one please!

#30 Brewdog. 33 cl. Bottle @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. DIPA with brambleberries. Pours a dark amber with little white head. Full creamy Brewdog hop-profile in the nose & actually enjoyable this time around whilst remaining typically Brewdog (I am usually not a big fan of their IPA’s), grapefruit & herbal, very sharp, prickly hoppy, some pine,… Body is very creamy (due to the bramle?), almost yoghurt-like in texture in a very good way, bitter Brewdog profile, pine, lightly herbal, touch citrus, light caramel, grass, weeds, reasonably bitter,… Quite lovely but too pricy as much of their non-standard line-up. Sadly I am not really picking up the fruit here which is bit of a bummer.
