Keg & Bottle, Specially brewed by BrewDog’s Swedish importer at BrewDog, exclusivly for Sweden.
A double IPA with Cloudberries added to the conditioning tank. So just who is Ingrid? Perhaps she’s a reference to the Swedish silver screen icon or maybe it’s the line seemingly spoken by every other Swedish actress in films from the 60s and 70s (we know you know the ones we’re talking about). One thing is certain – this Swedish inspired Double IPA is not as innocent as she at first appears. A seductive body of rich malts and a buxom amount of Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Bramling Cross hops have been added to fresh Scandinavian cloudberries to deliver this beer’s raunchy tart finish. Designed by the readers of Swedish beer blog BeerSweden, ‘Hello, My Name is Ingrid’ is a celebration of all that is great about Sweden. It does not, however, contain any pickled herrings. Or meatballs.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled. Pours slightly clear amber with a medium sized, lacing off-white head. Aroma of citrus fruits, piney notes and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and solid bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carbonation. An excellent DIPA

Drack den i December 2013, Flaska, Bishop Helsingborg. Poängen var uppskrivet men resten av texten är borta. Får dricka om den vid senare tillfälle för noggrannare analys haha ;)

Aroma: The smell is sweet, syrup, tropical fruits, mango, apricot and some citric aromas, red grape-fruit, sweet oranges, some floral notes at the end.
Appearance: The beer is clouded amber/orange (just like ripe cloudberries), the head off-white firm, with hints of yellow. Good lacing and curtains.
Taste: The taste is also rather sweet, toffee, fruits, peaches, passion fruit and, yes, cloudberries. Then some pine resin, and grass.
Palate: Little carbonation, small soft bubbles, soft and creamy texture, a nice sipping beer.
Overall: Well done, robust, not heavily hopped but good balanced.
Note: On-tap at Oliver Twist. Reviewed 2011-03-14.

Bottle from bieresgourmet.be webshop. At last, the first of the "Hello, My Name is..." series from BrewDog; been looking for this for quite some time now. Pours a hazy orange body with a small white head. Nose is citrus, cloudberry, sweet herbal-floral notes, wet grass and hints of spruce and red berries. Taste is sweet butterscotch, mild spruce, pine, grass and hints of citrus and mild cloudberry, the latter which is much less evident in taste than aroma. Medium body and carbonation. Pretty decent double IPA with a subtle touch of cloudberries. I like it.

Bottle. A small, off-white head sits on top of an unclear, golden colored body. The aroma has catpee, peaches, pine cones and a little touch of pale malts in the back. It’s bitter and full-bodied on the palate, with a nice carbonation. Some malty sweetness, with catpee, pine cones and peaches as well. Bitter finish balancing the sweetness. Nothing extraordinary going on here, but it’s a pretty tasteful and pleasant beer anyway. 131004
