Keg & Bottle, Specially brewed by BrewDog’s Swedish importer at BrewDog, exclusivly for Sweden.
A double IPA with Cloudberries added to the conditioning tank. So just who is Ingrid? Perhaps she’s a reference to the Swedish silver screen icon or maybe it’s the line seemingly spoken by every other Swedish actress in films from the 60s and 70s (we know you know the ones we’re talking about). One thing is certain – this Swedish inspired Double IPA is not as innocent as she at first appears. A seductive body of rich malts and a buxom amount of Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Bramling Cross hops have been added to fresh Scandinavian cloudberries to deliver this beer’s raunchy tart finish. Designed by the readers of Swedish beer blog BeerSweden, ‘Hello, My Name is Ingrid’ is a celebration of all that is great about Sweden. It does not, however, contain any pickled herrings. Or meatballs.

Golden with a white head - Good hop aroma with some sweet berries in the back - Good malt to support a good hop profile that is fruity, and with a small berry hint in the back - Fruity hops goes into the finish - This was nice

Bottles at home. Sweet and bitter, the original batch was probably a 4 but subsequent ones were all malt, no fruit.

Flaska på Man in the moon. Vackert grumlig mörkt orange. Ett ganska litet vitt skum. Doftar faktiskt hjortron, aprikos och lite barr. Mycket trevligt. Fin sötma av hjortron och grapefrukt. En lagom stor beska på det, ska nog inte vara kraftigare för då förstörs hjortronsmaken tror jag. Glad att jag fick tag i den! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at BrewDog, Camden on 23 Feb 2013. Poured a hazy amber, with a dense, white head. Aroma of dried apricot, spruce and citrus hops. Grapefruit hops in the flavour, mixed with some syrup and candied peal. Finish was dry grain, bitter resin and some toffee.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
