From Brewcraft. Clear honey-amber with thin sudsy white head and some spotty lacing. Smells very fruity - tangerine, mango, papaya, peach with resinous piney hop. Great aroma. Tastes bitter, resinous, ends on dry slightly malty, peppery note. Body is thick, slick, crisp, bitter. Fantastic.

Bottle from Brewcraft at home. Clear copper orange pour with minimal bubbly head. Aroma is big fruity hops with piney malty undertone. Pine aroma has an almost sneeze-inducing quality. Good. Taste is really nice. White grape, pineapple, resin, very crisp. Not in your face hoppiness, but lots of subtle flavors. Really good. Only taste hints of "Christmas" spice around the edges - which is good in my view.

Good balance of hoppiness and maltiness. Bitterness is well covered by maltiness and it pleasantly lingers on palate. Citrusy and malty aroma through to the well-balanced taste by sipping. Should try!

On tap at Beergeek. Very nice beer! Very drinkable with a lot of hop flavours - floral, citrus, pine, pinaple. I will now look for simcoe single hopped beers ;)

Thx! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ “Nog-een-half-jaar-tot-de-volgende-EBT”. Blond Christmas beers seem to be all the rage / the hip thing to do these days. Orange, little white head. Nose is sweetish sticky pine resin, peel, touch caramel malts. Taste is touch metallic, bitter orange, tad caramel base. Med. Body. Okay. Bottled on 01/10/2014.

Medium, just off-white head, over hazy yellow-orange beer. Oxydized hops, dull spices, rosewater. Oxydation, grainy; sweet grapefruit, if that makes any sense. Rather well-bodied, quite slick, well-carbonated. Aftertaste has sweet cookies, sweet dough. Strange - somehow totally different from what I might have expected.

Bottle; poured an orange amber color with a smallish head. Aroma was pungent; simcoe really shines through. Piney, funky resin; touch of caramel and fruit. Flavor really grew in the finish. Flavor kept creeping in. Piney and earthy fruit. Touch of sugar, but only hint of sweetness. Nice mouthfeel with a bit of tingling. Quality brew

0,25 hana@ OPP. Lähes kirkas meripihkan ruskea. Tuoksussa syvän hedelmäistä humalaa, mäntyä, mallasta, eksoottisia hedelmiä, sitrusta. Maussa ihanasti mäntyistä humalaa, ruohoa, hedelmää, sitrusta ja mallasta. Todella miellyttävä suutuntuma.

shared by Chris. Orange, pine and pineapple aromas. Orange again in its full-flavoured taste, orange zest, orange marmelade, citrus fruit bitterness, well balancing out the marmelade. Well done!
