COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled, seasonal
single hop simcoe IPA
This Christmas, wish for a green Christmas. Where flurries of hop flakes blanket the world like you’ve never seen it before. And crunching through crisp, sparkling drifts releases billows of pineapple, citrus and papaya with every step. The reign of the snow angel is over. Long live the hop angel where parks and playgrounds become adorned with the outlines of celestial beings that fell to Earth from angry looking emerald clouds. Tune in to breakfast TV to find life’s on hold for 24 hours as this ’hop day’ demands you rocket down a hill on the back of a baking tray. Or simply raise a glass of this festive IPA as we wish you a very hoppy Christmas.

Keg at Brewdog Camden. Amber / dark orange with a thin off white head. Exoctic fruit aromas, little bit of sweetness as well. Hop bitterness is biting, but mellows a lot when it warms up slightly. Malt and hop are well balanced. Medium body and slightly chewy / resinous.

Bottle. Pours clear tea/amber with airy but stable off-white head. Intense, hoppy aroma, with notes of clear notes of grass and citrus. Bitter, hoppy taste, with citric kotes and sweetish, malty touches. Hints of needles. Bitter finish. Discernible alcohol presence. Nice.

Bottle Pours clear blonde, touch of amber , rather small white head Smell is very intense hops , pine, typical brewdog . Taste is nice hops, some pine again . slightly malt notes . Very good, as usually when you drink a brewdog IIPA / IPA , but they have so many , that I start to fail to taste big differences in between them.. Very good though , just nothing to go out of your way off, when you can get Hardcore so much more easy .

Very strong aroma of tropical fruits. Flavour also has that fruity, hoppyness too. Quite thick and syrupy. Sweet fruitiness, mild bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottle cheers to Billy. Pours perfectly clear amber with a small beige head leaving good lacing. Nose is full of pine and grapefruit, lemon peel, caramel biscuit and lime leaves. Taste shows a hefty caramel biscuit back bone, with big lychee and grapefruit in the taste. Pine coming through on the finish. Bitter sweet and quaffable. Really quite decent stuff

Bottle through the BD shop. Fresh fruity hoppy aroma with some reshly cut grass and "green hops" bordering on dill. The hop aroma is held back in the taste, hop resin finish with a fairly thick body and mellow bitterness. Decent IPA, it feels very much lika BrewDog beer.

Hazy pale amber with fluffy offwhite head becoming a lacing. Fresh resnious tangerine peel simcoe, medium carbonation and body. Pithy hops, bitter yet balanced with deft malting. More like this please!
