Long live the hop angel where parks and playgrounds become adorned with the outlines of celestial beings that fell to Earth from angry looking emerald clouds. Tune in to breakfast TV to find lifeís on hold for 24 hours as this íhop dayí demands you rocket down a hill on the back of a baking tray. Or simply raise a glass of this festive IPA as we wish you a very hoppy Christmas.

Clean amber bodied and stable head. Very piney which Iím sure was the idea behind a hoppy Christmas. Not woody or spicy, as typical Christmas beers, but a clean hop based beer thatís rather refreshing than warming. Body is light bitter for the style and a bit too clean to be interesting. And a Christís beer can be eccentric and over the top. This isnít. This is a clean ipa that drinks nice enough but reminds me nothing of a special, warming, wintery or eclectic Christmas spirit. More of an after work thirst quencher. (33cl bottle from Bootlegger)

Bottle from Archive Beer Boutique 010115. This is a big full flavoured hoppy beer. Deep orange with a big head, plenty of passionfruit and a touch of melon also. Nott a beer for the beginner.

Bottle Pours clear blonde, touch of amber , rather small white head Smell is very intense hops , pine, typical brewdog . Taste is nice hops, some pine again . slightly malt notes . Very good, as usually when you drink a brewdog IIPA / IPA , but they have so many , that I start to fail to taste big differences in between them.. Very good though , just nothing to go out of your way off, when you can get Hardcore so much more easy .

Bottle through the BD shop. Fresh fruity hoppy aroma with some reshly cut grass and "green hops" bordering on dill. The hop aroma is held back in the taste, hop resin finish with a fairly thick body and mellow bitterness. Decent IPA, it feels very much lika BrewDog beer.

Bottle at home. Clear orange pour, thin white head. Aroma is full of resin, pine and more Christmas tree. Flavor is sweaty hops, bitter and fruity with a decent malty body and very clean. Straight to the point hops. Nice brew.
