Oblivious to accountant’s interfering and conventional corporate wisdom we do not cut corners like other Lager producers and use malt substitutes like corn and rice to keep our costs down. Our Lager has 100% malt base providing an fresh, sharp initial sweetness and a body and flavour, which endures where others prematurely disappear into a watery bland grave. A combination of the finest German and New Zealand hops add subtle tropical fruit notes and add complexity and depth to this most statuesque of Lagers.

(Cask at Wenlock Arms, London, 1 Dec 2007) Golden yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with apricots, citrus and generous amounts of grassy hops. Fruity taste with notes of apricots, citrus and lots of floral hops in the finish. Resting on a solid malt foundation with decent amounts of residual malt sweetness. Nice, hoppy beer, possibly a hint too sweet.

Rastacouere (6174) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 3, 2007
Light honey coloured lager that feels like an ale with its fruity and sweet flavour profile. Gently bready on the tongue and more aggressive as the finish approaches and unveils a growing mass of grassy and floral hops that manage to cut through the otherwise disturbingly sweet palate – the finish is dry and more satisfying. Clean and consistent carbonation, rather full-bodied. Pleasant, but ale-like rather than focused on ingredients’ purity.

Bottle, at Chris´s, october 07. Golden, shinny color with a medium, fluffy white head. Aromathic, spicy hops aroma. Peppery, flowery hops flavor with a slight malty note. Medium mouthfeel, full hoppy spicyness with a dry, perfect balance. Excellent cross between a czech and german lager.

Bottle. Pale lager with a light head. The aroma is complex, fruity, warming, roasted and lightly dry. The flavour is quite bitter with a fruity and hopped feel. Overall a reasonable beer.

Bottle. A good-looking pour- golden colour with a healthy foam. Rather sweet aroma with a lot of butter and some grassy hoppiness. Interesting herbal notes. Hay combining with sweet, fat flavours. Finish is drier. It feels far from a lager, but I would applaude its originality nonetheless.

Bottle. [thank you Mum and Dad for bringing this from Scotland]
Pours a very pale ywllow with a slight greenish hue. A small creamy white head settles on top - lots of bubbles reaching towards it. Aroma is very butterscotch and weak flowery hops. Lively andspritzy mouthfeel. Flavour is nicely hopped, very flowery and a little caramel. Finish is very dry - wonderful lager.
