COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled;
Oblivious to accountant’s interfering and conventional corporate wisdom we do not cut corners like other Lager producers and use malt substitutes like corn and rice to keep our costs down. Our Lager has 100% malt base providing an fresh, sharp initial sweetness and a body and flavour, which endures where others prematurely disappear into a watery bland grave. A combination of the finest German and New Zealand hops add subtle tropical fruit notes and add complexity and depth to this most statuesque of Lagers.

UPDATED: OCT 7, 2007 Aroma hits you with peppery bittering hops with caramel and biscuity malts. Taste is really bitter, carbonation is perhaps a bit much grassy peppery long finish. RERATE: Cask at blackfriers. Possibly one of the most attactive beers iv ever seen, perfect crustal clear with excellent lacing. Aroma has brewdog grassy, citrus, slightly cat piss, bready biscuity malts. Taste is excellent, again typical to brewdog, bittering, grassy dry super drinkable.

Bottle, at Chris´s, october 07. Golden, shinny color with a medium, fluffy white head. Aromathic, spicy hops aroma. Peppery, flowery hops flavor with a slight malty note. Medium mouthfeel, full hoppy spicyness with a dry, perfect balance. Excellent cross between a czech and german lager.

[330ml bottle.] Golden straw with a quickly fading white head - moderate carbonation - intense floral hop aroma - sharp hoppy flavour to start with, developing a thick and malty body with tropical fruits - then a sharply bitter finish like a good bitter orange marmalade. Better than the average lager!

Very enticing honey orange nose. Pours a deep golden copper with a pale head. Good lacing on the glass. Flavour is great on a sunny afternoon - initial sweetness and tropical fruit from the malt giving way to a long, bitter, moreish finish. Another great brewdog beer.

Bottled at Bon Accord, Glasgow. Golden colour, rich head. Grapefruity aroma. Medium sweet, fruity and hoppy. Medium bodied with slick, lighlty buttery malt. Rather bitter finish. Typical modern style hoppy lager, and a good one at that.

Bottled, 330ml from Westholme Stores, Goring, Oxon. Hazed yellow gold with white head. Striking lager with plenty of flavour, light, citric lemony initially on quite a chunky malty body. I was going to put, develops into a tropical fruit flavour before I saw the notes above, now i will stick to Kiwi fruit and lychee. Lasts well, a very pleasant Premium Lager.
