2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 harrisoni (10070) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - APR 23, 2008
Cask handpull at The Rake. Gold, thin beige head. Buttery diacetyl aroma. Rest of the beer is ok with some biscuit and some bitterness. Beer is ok, but aroma is just too buttery for me. Will pormise to re-rate if/when I see it again.

Cask conditioned - handpump - Out Of The Vaults Leicester. A straw blonde coloured beer with a loose white head. The aroma and taste are very hoppy. Sharp grapefruit notes in the taste and all sorts of citricity in the aroma. Packed with hops and full of flavour for its ABV. Perhaps a little on the harsh side and needing more malty body though., but that’s just finding a little criticism.

Blackfriers. Aroma is incredibly fruity, tropical and citrus fruits everywhere and a little sweetness off the pale malts. Taste is typical of brewdog beers, grassy citrus, again the tropical fruit are here but not as bold as in the aroma. Great session ale.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Svesse (4389) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - DEC 16, 2007
(Cask at Wenlock Arms, London, 1 Dec 2007) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, lemon and loads of floral hops. Fruity taste with citrus (lemon, grapefruit, mandarin peel) and lots of floral, citrussy hops in the finish. Slightly soapy mouthfeel. Lovely hoppy character. Very nice beer.

Cask-conditioned at The Bag O’Nails, Bristol 1/3/08. Deep gold colour with a slight white head. Big grapefruit and elderflower aroma. Full mouth feel, with a sweet malt flavour and intense, citrus hop finish. Excellent.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Bullit (3284) - Burgos, SPAIN - JAN 29, 2009
Cask @ Bon Accord. Dark golden colour, small dense white head. Aroma is hoppy and flowery. Flavour has flowery hops. Bitter and dry finish. I like the decent amount of hops used.
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 RoyceH (1153) - Hesperange, LUXEMBOURG - NOV 20, 2007
Cask, Aikmans Cellar Bar, St Andrews. Golden blonde with a thin white head that lingers well down the side of the glass. Nose is delicate lemony hops and some sharp limey tones. Mouth is lemony hops with some icing sugar, gooey meringue and tropical fruits, pineapple being there too. Slides down well, gulpable. Another great Brewdog beer, first session they’ve really had a good stab at and done justice.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 tombyars (1102) - Saltcoats, SCOTLAND - OCT 10, 2011
Tasted this in the Bon Accord, Glasgow in April 2009. Cask, handpump dispense. Rich golden yellow in colour with a thick white head. Strong and intense aroma of juicy grapefruit, lychees and pineapple. Refreshing creamy mouthfeel and good lacing. Pale malts give a robust biscuit malty base with zesty lemon cheescake, lime and golden syrup. Fragrant floral hop resins match the citric fruity malt well to give a bitter aftertaste. Excellent rounded finish with fruit salad notes. A cracking golden session ale and highly recommended.
