One of our favourite American hops; all about the fruit. Think blood orange, orange zest and citrussy goodness fruit, the fruit is balanced by floral notes in the most classic of new wave IPA hops.

På fat. Orange med frikostigt vitt skum. Doft: apelsin, örter, grapefrukt, blommor och svag karamell. Smakinslag av karamell, tropisk fruktighet, örter och gräs. Trivsam beska. Oljig munkänsla.

Bottle at home from drinkstore. Pours amber with white head which disappears. Lots of pine, spruce, grass, resin, orange rind. Sweet orange flavour with mild bittereness. Slick syrup mouthfeel. These beers are like rating the particular hops and this variety is lovely.

Countbeer (4396) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - JUN 12, 2014
Bottle: Served in a shaker: Medium to smaller dized creamy foamy head on top of a clear orange colored beer. Aroma is a typical but good fruity ipa with flowers and hints of malts, soap, chalk and some caramel. Flavours of malts, caramel, fruits like pine apple, apricot, hint of grapefruit, light sticky, some herbs and bitters. Aftertaste is bitter, herbal, caramel, creamy, light fruity and some malts. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, more than just a medium body and a creamy texture. Nice beer yet it’s within the BB time, but it tastes like it was just over it... Still a nice beer.

330ml bottle. Tasting Chalice glass. Golden color, clear appearance. White froth, close crown & some left lacing. Aromas of citric, floral, ripe fruit & mild toasted malts. Sweet malty flavor & slightly spicy touch at first yields to increasing bitterness & subtle notes of alcohol. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Dense mout feel & dried sensations. Moderately high but well integrated citric zest bitterness rounded by hints of resins. Dry bitter finish. Long fruity aftertaste with orange juice hues.

Nice dark golden colour, good, lasting white head. Aroma of... Wait for it... Amarillo hops! Not as in-your-face as other brew dog beers but it works. hoppy sweet taste - not overboard on the bittering, maybe could do worth a touch more but doesn’t leave a clawing sweetness, almost fruity with tropical flavours. Another great beer by a great brewer.

Perjantai-illan päätteeksi vahvan humaloinnin koira. Aika maukas 60’s palaverin avaus. Hyvät tuoksut.
