330 ml bottle sampled in 2011. Pretty clear, golden body with a nice, dense off-white head. Fruity aroma, citric, blackcurrant, wine gum and slightly soapy. Flavor is sweet and fruity, balanced bitterness, fine malt base with some caramel. A bit unusually in aroma and flavor but pleasant. Medium body and bitter aftertaste.

Malty and hoppy nose. Slightly hazy golden color. Slightly sweet hoppy taste. Some fruitiness too. At the end hop bitterness.

Clear amber beer, little white head. Light and semi soft palate, a little dry. Rich earthy and spicy hops. A trace of orange marmalade underneath. Some creamy malt forms a base. Finishes with more earthy spicy hops. A bit different this IPA and a great showcase for Brambling Cross.

Nice example of a single hop. Fruity, with a little spice and zest. Nice mouthfeel. Would like to see more beers using this hops to full effect.

Pours clear copper color with small head. Aroma of hops, fruits, mild nuts and malts. Flavor of fruits, malts, some caramel, hops and hay. Not my favourite hop variety but still decent.

Botella de 330ml. Vaso Shaker. (Antiguas notas). Color ámbar anaranjado y apariencia bastante clara a pesar de no estar filtrada. Espuma de burbuja mediana, marfileña que crea una capa firme y persistente de 2 cms de espesor. Buena retención. Aromas y sabores suaves. Maltas dulces y fruta madura –albaricoque- . Cuerpo medio-ligero y carbonatación moderada. Textura oleosa. Los lúpulos atacan en el intermedio y permanecen hasta el contundente y amargo final. Deliciosa.
330ml bottle. Shaker glass. (From my notes). Orangish amber in color. Not filtered but quite clear appearance. Medium size bubbled froth, off-white in color, creates a lasting, 2cm thick layer crown. Good retention. Smooth aromas & flavors. Sweet malts & ripe fruit –apricot-. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Oily texture. Hops attack in the middle while lasting into the sharp bitter finish. Delightful.

Bottle from Systembolaget, reviewed in the summer of 2011. Flowery and fruity smell and taste with some berries, black currant to be exact. Fairly mild bitterness. This hops didn’t quite make it on its own, but an interesting experiement.
