Bottle from Coppers in Newcastle. Amber coloured with aniseed and orange flavours and burnt toffee and warming alcohol on the finish.

Keg at BrewDog Camden, London. Pours clear gold with a fine, white foam head. Lightly tangy aroma, some fruits, ripe citrus, perhaps marmelade. Medium sweet flavor with tangy, ripe citrus, some toast, honey. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Medium sweet finish, some straw, more honey, light leaves, light toast, faint pine, citrus. A nice British-style IPA. This kind of reminded me of some British barley wines, especially in the aroma. Good stuff. Having tried all four new IPAs next to each other, the brewery has done well to showcase the different characteristics the four hops used in this recent release offer.

Flaska 33 cl. Hälls upp dagen efter att Brewogs IPA Is Dead - Motueka dracks, som jag blev något besviken på, utan att den på något sätt var dålig. Hoppades här på bättre, och blev inte besviken. Detta var mycket bättre. Förträffliga dofter av citrus, banan, jäst och blommor. Grapen lever verkligeni smaken, blir till en kraftfull men väl avvägd beska. Där hittas också ananas och andra exotiska frukter, som ger en fin sötma tillsammans med beskan. Mycket bra.

bottle from stirchley wines. the one i was least looking forward to was suprisingly good. Amber colour with nice white head. Grassy hop aroma. Nice earthy, spicy hop taste, very english i taste but with more oomph!. nice hoppy aftertaste with just a hint of malt. overall an american style but with british taste. much better than expected would have this again anytime.

Espuma: Jabonosa y blanca con abundante espuma y persistente con burbujas que suben de forma anárquica. Color: Oro con tonos naranjas muy limpia Intensidad aromática: Muy alta Aroma: Lúpulo, afrutado, herbal, vainilla, caramelo, cítricos (naranja). Sabor: Lúpulo, pino, herbal, caramelo, naranja.

Ar: Earthy, citrus, spruce, herbs, woody, roasty, coffee, hay, alcohol, Ap: Amber colour, medium beige head, lacing. F: big bite, resin, grass, spruce, citrus, herbs, Grapefruit, hay, coffee, perfume, Warming finish. M: Full bodied, soft bubbles. T: I really enjoyed this.

Pours slightly cloudy amber with a low head. Aroma is malts and fruits. Flavor is malts, fruits (especially grapefruit) with a very hoppy finish. Great.

Bland, stale and breast compared to the others in the series. Clear golden appearance. Sweetness is offset by the harsh bitter finish. Weak body.

Bottle. Hazy orange pour, foamy off-white head. Aroma is a bit sweaty floral hops, somewhat fruity and quite harsh. Flavor is nice bitter hopped, a bit lingering and well balanced. Always a nice hop, but better to combine with something fresh to compensate the sweatiness.
