Ottima ipa, esplosiva, con le caratteristiche note acidulo-citriche del citra che sfociano in una cascada amara e avvolgente verso il finale.

Draft schooner. Clear, deep be, small off-white head. Aroma is floral, fruity and complex. Initially citric and dry fruit flavours, then plenty of malt, quite sweet middle followed by earth and pine. Hops come through nicely. Moderate bitter finish. Medium bodied, slightly oily. Lovely.

Keg @ Grove Huddersfield. Not sure about this one. Got into Citra with Oakham which is good considering I prefer higher abv beers. Very faint Citra in this, tastes watery. Not much shouting out in this one. Tastes like San Pelligrino with faint Citra catpee hidden . Little bit of signature Punk IPA taste in there. There is a finish on the tongue but it tastes generic like a homebrew kit using malt extract in a can. Disappointed by this effort from Brewdog. I expected more.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at Brewdog Birmingham. Poured a clear medium amber with a round white head and a little broken lace. The aroma is grassy Citra. The flavour is moderate bitter with a grassy orange citrus light spice Citra hop palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Nice, but they skimped on the Citra!
