3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Beer Temple. Amber gold body with nice head. More cheese dairy nose. Bitter taste. Quite simple this one and perhaps too bitter for me.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma: Peach, apricot and tangerine aromas.
Appearance: Clear orange body with a cream coloured head. Medium carbonation. Good lacing.
Taste: Sweet fruit flavours with subtle pine notes. Even though the IBUs are the same, this tastes more bitter than the woody Motueka IPA.
Palate: Medium body, sticky mouthfeel. Fizzy carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall: Hoppy and fruity, but just a tad on the sweet side.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Last of the series tasted. This is very reminiscent of Hardcore IPA in my book. Similar grapefruit and mango flavours with a lighter malt body. I think though the lower alcohol content makes for an easier, if a little sickly sweet, experience. Fairly classic Brewdog flavours, so in that regard, less interesting than the rest of the series.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
On tap at Brewdog Camden, London. Pours a bright clear golden color with a medium white head. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. Huge amounts of grapefruit and mango. Taste is similar, little malty backbone and aggrassive hoppy bitterness. Mango, peach and grapefruit are the stars of the show. Body is medium and carbonation is lively. Overall, an outstanding IPA with tons of fruity flavors. Amazing.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Brewdog Newcastle. Compared the Motueka, which I also had, it was a bit too heavy-hitting and unsubtle for my tastes. Nonetheless, it was an IPA by Brewdog so was inevitably quite taste. Very intense fruit flavours.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JUN 4, 2012 Keg @ BrewDog Camden & bottle from BrewDog Glasgow. Orange brown colour, good head. Slightly sickly sweet hoppy aroma. Fruity hoppy flavour. Sharp with citrus fruit & hop aftertaste. Not the best of the series but still a decent beer. Bottle better than keg

Citrus aroma, pours an almost clear amber. Well balanced ale with lots of citrussy fruits, medium body and a lingering bitterness. A tasty brew.

Draft at Beer Temple. Amber pour with white head. Resin and citrus aroma. Flavour of grapefruit, pine and expected bitterness. Nice enough but not one of the best in the series.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
33cl bottle. Pours golden with good sized head. The nose has cremola foam orange which is what Jonny had said. The taste has more of the same, a bit more bitter. The palate is light to medium in body and texture with real bitterness in the finish, Overall, I prefer it a bit less bitter.
