Very nice. Big pine aroma. Tropical fruits in the mouth with a big grapefruit aftertaste. Overall a very nice single hop ale.

(Bottle). Pleasant fragrance and flavor with much aroma of tropical fruits such as mango, apricot and passion fruit and raisins. The taste is fresh with a slightly sweet undertone. In the aftertaste there is a nice and somewhat dry bitterness.

Pours amber with low head. Aroma is hopsy and fruity. Some berries. Some sweetness. Flavor is hops, citrus fruits and some malts. Nice.

Aroma of apricot,mango, taste is likewise, with pine and sweetness, sharp and bitter finish.

0.33l bottle from BrewDog web shop shared with Inbreak. This one pours a a clear orange-honey colored body with a lacing small almost beige heavy bubbly head. On the aroma I get some sweet caramel, hoppy tones of earthy potatoes, starch, some ripe berries? Raspberries perhaps? It’s soft to average carbonated and it has a soft oily texture. Flavors are also caramel-sweet, light pungent bitter, but also that hint of raspberries. Low but there. Ends quite grassy and almost dry. Feels a bit to sweet and un-fresh. 14.06.2012

Aroma quite similar to other BrewDog IPAs. A bit of fruit in the aroma. Amber-coloured and nice looking ale. You can feel a light fruitiness in the beginning and a nice hoppy bitterness in the end. Another nice product of BrewDog.

Bottle. Clear amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, peach and a little caramel. Flavour is malt, fruit, peach, hops, little sweet, medium bitter and a little caramel.

330ml bottle. Clear orangey golden colour with huge, frothy, moderately lacing white head. Intense resinous dry hoppy aroma has notes of coniferes, herbs. Taste has a nice balance between sweet malty and slightly tart and citrussy notes; dry, minimally herbal hop notes. Fresh, drinkable, nice.

Velice milé překvapení. Nejlepší IPA co jsem v poslední době ochutnal. Úžasná ovocná vůně, kterou už jen zdůrazní vynikající chuť. Doporučuji ochutnat a udělat si obrázek o tomto galaxy kousku.

Enkelhumlade är ju förbannat kul att dricka, en chans att bekanta sig med en specifik humlesort. Och det här var första gången, såvitt jag vet men troligtvis inte, jag dricker galaxy humle. Beskan är torr och ihängande med en stabil kropp. Smaken i sig präglas av citrus i allmänhet och grapefrukt i synnerhet, den känns både modern och konservativ på samma gång. Slutsats: gott, riktigt gott.
