2012-06-06, bottle at Ørsted, Copenhagen, bb 13-03-13, batch 071, 8-5-8-5-16=42
Bright copper-amber color, with a haze, and compact head. The aroma is strong and persistent, very strong manure. Good caramel flavor, some pleasing residual sweetness, the hopping provides a nice fruity side, while the bitterness is well managed, never excessive.
Great sessionable, balanced beer.

2012-04-11, bottle from Birratrovo, Como, bb 12.03.13, batch 071, 9-4-8-4-17=42
Beautiful amber color, the head disappears quickly. Wonderful aroma of tropical fruits and passion fruit, pungent, with a trace of manure. Good caramel flavor, some malt and toffee; it seems drier than the other beers of this last series; there is some yellow fruit jam, and powerful hopping, carrying some resins and fruits.
Dynamic, fresh, excellent; wonderful fruity character, but lower final than the Motueka.
