Released as part of 2014 IPA is Dead selection
As you’d expect from a New Zealand hop variety, Kohatu contributes bags of tropical fruit, but with loads of lime notes, & pineapple hits.

the aroma is malty and fruity with some hints of pine, plum and garden berries... the taste is malty with notes of pine needles, citrus, caramel and brown sugar... sweet, dry and, a little bit, bitter aftertaste...

A interesting one from IPA is dead. But not surprising. But is a BrewDog! Spicy and citrus.

20.4.2014. Clear pale colour, almost no head. By memory the aroma is most different from the others in the series. It reminds of some alcohol and flowers. Taste has some sweetness, almost like bubblegum, also more common pine bitterness, fruitcake, lime. Easy to drink but a bit boring.

CanCrusher (721) - Ilirska Bistrica, SLOVENIA - FEB 22, 2015
Bottle 0,33L. Hazy copper colour, small, off-white, creamy head, excellent lacing and no visible carbonation. Hoppy aroma of plum brandy reminds me of Schneiderweisse Tap 5 - Meine Hopfenweisse, one of my favourite German beers. There is some piney aroma, too. Light bitter taste with plum brandy note (again). Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. This one is my favourite in Ipa is dead series.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom’s place. Thanks Shumpi. Hazy golden with small off-white head. The aroma is hoppy, a bit stale with notes of honey, herbs and onion. Sweet honey flavor, medium hoppy bitterness, notes of herbs and caramel, citrus peels, notes of onion and quite malty. Moderate carbonation, medium-bodied.

Bottiglia da 33cl Color miele, molto torbida. Schiuma praticamente inesistente.
