Leighton (13249) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 18, 2014
Keg at BrewDog Shoreditch - London. Pours perfectly clear gold with a toght, creamy white head. Lots of ripe, expressive citrus in the nose, some sticky pine. Medium sweet with some sugary pale bread, more sappy pine, ripe orange, grapefruit, tangerine, light urine and grass. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish with some boozy kick, more ripe citrus, pine, pale bread. The hop character is great but it’s a little too cloying. Close to being great.
