COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ruthless India Pale Ale

Start with a colossal grapefruit aroma. Pile on bitterness after thumping bitterness, and ride the anarchy wherever it takes you. The caramel razor is sharp, but the resinous bite drills straight through your taste buds.

For blitzing the mediocre, raising hell and revelling in the aftermath, Jack Hammer is the end of the line. The hopped-up, pucker-mouthed terminal extreme of craft brewing. This beer is bitter. Very bitter. If you push that button, don’t say we didn’t warn you…

OG: 1069
IBU’s: Hopped to 200+ theoretical IBUs
Malts: Extra Pale
Hops: Centennial & Columbus, dry hopped with Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe

IPA maestrale. Nel bicchiere é bionda carica con onesta schiuma. Al naso erbacea penetrante. Un trionfo di stelle e strisce. In bocca un filo di resina e lime per arrotondare. Mai aggressiva ma sempre volutamente sbilanciata all’amaro. Corpo medio leggero e carbonatazione tranquilla invitano alla bevuta.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2016 On tap 0,5. Pours light hazy yellow color with small white head. Aroma of citrus, herbs and hops. Expected more bitterness since its supposed to be 200 IBU but it is bitter enough for my taste. Great beer.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2016 It is a perfect I.P.A we could say a tropical I.P.A I drank this beer yesterday at the Pee bar in Lausanne. We could smell directly the grapefruit-the mangoo coming from the hop and bitter. It is a perfect wedding. The foam is weak, average carbonation and a typical color that it is copper. It was a really nice experience.

Pours golden with a short lived white head. The aroma is lovely grapefruit. A very tasty grapefruit juice like taste with a kick in the mouth bitterness and a sharp grapefruit finish. Great beer

The smell is amazing, this just attacks your face with hops. Hoppy as a rabit on steroids.

(bottle) hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of mango, kumquats and honey, surprisingly nuanced, with some notes of barnyard, lemon peel, oak sap and pale malts. flavour is mostly herbal hops, honey and resin, with some light caramelized pale malts, pine needles, lemon cakes and a rather bitter finish. medium-bodied with lively carbonation. nice and clean.

Bottle at home. Pours a clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma is mango, grapefruit, slight cannabis. Taste is grapefruit, mango, caramel, pine, huge hop kick at the end and a long dry finish. One of go to beers as it’s readily available around these parts and also one of my favourite Scottish IPAs.
