COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The devastatingly bitter finish will drill straight through your taste buds. If you like hops and bitterness then go ahead. But be warned: this beer has more bitterness than a human palate (or nipple) can detect. For freaks, craft beer junkies and stamp collectors only.

The second placed beer in our 2012 Prototype Challenge is a BrewDog staff favourite, and made a brief guest appearance in our bars last summer.

Tap at Brew Dog Camden Town. Very pale golden pour with a thick white head. Really bright and juicy. Tropical and very fresh. Has a pine and citrus aroma. Clean fermentation and a very straightforward IIPA. Delicious.

Draft. Biscuit malt aroma and tons of tropical grapefruit. Great bitter finish, lots of tropical hops. Hops are present but not overwhelming.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2014 A very nice IPA from Brewdog. Way better than their Punk one. Beautiful, strong grapefruit nose. Long, very bitter taste. Very well balanced. Loved it!

Wow, was für ein Aroma: Orangen, Blüten, Citrus. Vollmundige starke Bittere, die gut von der Fruchtigkeit aufgefangen wird. Nichts Saures, mittel CO2. Langer feiner bitterer Abgang mit fruchtnoten. Superfeines IPA!

Almost clear, spicy grapefruit dominant, which means bitterness. Strong hammer hops. Some pine. Small white head. Long finish, bitter one again. Late afternoon beer.

Pungent very hoppy aroma with a straightforward strong bitter, american hops only with a long lasting aftertaste. Not much space to maltyness. Very good for the style and very refreshing

Normally I overintellectualise Brewdog beer. It provokes thought. But I found this straightforward. It’s a true to style IPA where so many fall short. However they’ve overdone the IBU for me. The hopping is fine, love the aroma. Clean malt and more than adequate ABV. Nevertheless proud to be drinking it.

Super IPA, Super hoppy just how I like them. All about the grapefruit and citrus hops!

Pours hazy pale golden with some random stuff floating around. Initial aromas of mango and grapefruit that changes to resin with increasing temperature. Hints of garlic (It turns out the bottle is quite old) A strong bitter finish!

Drunk from 33cl bottle bought at Malting Pot, Brussels. Extremely hoppy and bitter India pale ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
