Not much of an aroma looks black with a tan head. Loads of roasted malts slight burnt flavour and dry hops. After a while the dark chocolate hits home.

Keg at BrewDog Aberdeen. It pours very dark brown, with a thin tan head. The nose is smoke, resin, roasted malt, leaf, toffee and caramel. The taste is roasted malt, charcoal, intense coffee, chocolate, resin, liquorice and salted caramel, with a big bitter-dry finish. Medium to full body and moderate carbonation. Good stuff.

Off keg at brewdog nottingham. Awesome tasting porter. Subtle differences to Alice porter, less sweet and more coffee and dark chocolate.

On tap at the Camden Brewdog. Opaque black beer, tidy tan head. Smooth palate, some mild carbonation. Smooth lacto dark malt, slightly woody. Licorice. A little raw malt after the mid. Minerals. Okay hop bitterness. Dark chocolate just before the minerally dry finish. Interesting rich porter but was hoping for something more oaky.

Almost black colored pour. Small tan head that quickly subsides and leaves just a tiny amount of lacing. Chocolate aroma, hops, a slight smokiness. All of these are also present in the taste, with more emphasis on the smoke. Very peaty. Not bad.
