COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: I Hardcore You is a 9.5% Imperial India Pale Ale, an international collaborative effort between 2 of Europe’s most rock ’n roll brewers. This beer is a blend of BrewDog’s Hardcore IPA and Mikkeller’s I Beat You. After the blending, the beer was then dry hopped a further twice. Making I Hardcore You a beer which has been dry hopped four times, or maybe even six times. We kinda lost count.

A really good ipa. Heavy. Lots of hops and lots of malts. It’s quite filling. A boozy ipa that still has a sweet fruity flavor as well. Worth a try.

Bottle from Bierkoning Amsterdam. Very nice smell: tons of hops! This was such a bitter IIPA I could not distinguish any particular flavor and balance was a bit rough. Well made at the same but not really for me

Hoppy aroma and taste. A rather nice sweetish taste and aftertaste behind the hoppy bitterness. Surprisingly well balanced.

As soon as this quadrupel dry-hoped IPA was poured, hoppy goodness wafted through the room carrying notes of tropical fruit and citrus (grapefruit, pineapple, banana, orange peel, mango, guava). Orange-amber in colour with a generous yellow head. Flavour is hoppy to be sure with grapefruit and pine resin, but it is well balanced by tropical fruit and sweetness. Moderate body. Amazing IPA that can hold its own with the very best.

Hazy deep amber color, small off white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, peach, grapefruit, red orange, touch of pine. Medium sweet, medium bitter taste. Full body, soft carbonation. Creamy, smooth and perfectly balanced. Wonderful.

Enjoyed at Pub Italia. Hazy golden-amber colour with a beige creamy head, decent retention and lacing. Beautiful fruity aromas of oranges and mild grass. Sweet taste between the fruit and the caramel. Nice grassy hops, but not too crazy, and the bitterness is smooth. Mild zest in the aftertaste. Wow ! What a nice Impy IPA that has loads of sweet citrus over the hops.
