COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: I Hardcore You is a 9.5% Imperial India Pale Ale, an international collaborative effort between 2 of Europe’s most rock ’n roll brewers. This beer is a blend of BrewDog’s Hardcore IPA and Mikkeller’s I Beat You. After the blending, the beer was then dry hopped a further twice. Making I Hardcore You a beer which has been dry hopped four times, or maybe even six times. We kinda lost count.

This is perfect beer, I just had one and I love Ipas. Had tried the Brewdog Hardcore and was wonderful, this one is even better. what a flavou, smell and taste...My favourite beer so far, along with Rochefort 10 and St. Bernardus 12 (haven’t tried Westvleteren 12). I am now gonna try Imperial Stouts so as to cover all, and see if they are so great.

This blend does a wonderful job of taming the sweetness of BrewDog’s Hardcore IPA and replacing it with a slightly more floral expression of the hops used rather than the slightly sticky sensation in BD’s Hardcore.

Friggin amazing. Overall one of my al time favs. Both brewers put alot of money, time and effort into making this special. The hops alone are badass, but the abv and ability to meld the hop and malt, all together to get it so beautiful are great! Two of the best at what they do, these guys dont make beer to get rich or sell millions they make amzingly well crafted and edgy beers to make certain folks who appreicate this approach happy! Love it

BOTTLE at home. Pours dark orange whit a massive white head. Aroma is fruity, hoppy and a bit alcoholic. Taste is very fruity, citrussy and very bitter. Appearance is just what i expected from these 2 super breweries, PERFECT. Overall a very very exalent super dry and bitter IIPA.

reddish amber colour, minimal off-white head; aroma of fresh hops with intensive citrussy notes, mainly grapefruit; taste of paralysing bitterness which is very well ballanced by significant malty sweetness; in addition to the grapefruit taste caused by hops, dried fruits (raisin, mostly) can also be felt supporting the malt to control the intensive, long lasting bitterness; amazing IPA

Aroma:Sweet and hoppy, cotton candy and citrus. Amazing aroma! Appearance:Amber, nice head volume and retention. Taste:There is a huge hops hit right up front. Once you get past the bitterness, sweet citrus and peach flavors show themselves. The bitterness then comes around again in the aftertaste. Palate:Light to medium body, just a little astringency, very smooth for an IPA. Overall:This is one of the best IPAs that I’ve had so far.

11.2 oz. bottle from Grape & Gourmet. Hazy dark orange pour with a bubbly off-white head. Killer aroma of grapefruit, tangerine, and caramel with grassy notes. The hop flavor is big and bold with dominating grapefruit rind and pineapple yet is surprisingly well balanced. Some detectable warmth from the alcohol. Nearly a perfect DIPA and worth every penny of the $7 for this bottle.

Nice light amber color with a decent head. Nice sweet aroma that smells of hops. Very flavorful IPA, great beer
