COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: I Hardcore You is a 9.5% Imperial India Pale Ale, an international collaborative effort between 2 of Europe’s most rock ’n roll brewers. This beer is a blend of BrewDog’s Hardcore IPA and Mikkeller’s I Beat You. After the blending, the beer was then dry hopped a further twice. Making I Hardcore You a beer which has been dry hopped four times, or maybe even six times. We kinda lost count.

Bottle. Pours a brownish red color. This is a big IPA, heavy on the malts, roasty and nutty. Sugary, sweet, full bodied. Fruitiness. Big hop wallop at the end, hops are herbal, grassy, resiny. Definite warm throat hit from the alcohol. This beer hits hard on just about every level. Huge malt, huge hop, huge sweet, big ABV.

Light red color with big head. Nice malty and hoppy aroma, big citrus resin herbal and zesty. At taste is light sweet with less bitterness i hope, expolosion mix of tropical fruit flavour and nice malt.

NOZE of syrupy malt and fruity hops magnificently balanced, Hops : tropical fruits (lechee, passion) resin (pine) Malts : Caramel, cereals, roasty (for an amber). Vanila, raisin, butterscotch. EYE Amber-orange, no foam, clear. no sparkling at all TONGUE, sweet and bitter, but IMO a bit too sweet, medium bitterness, mostly at the end. The imperial part and dry hopping does get a nice balance between hops and malts in the taste. THROAT medium to full body, creamy. average but good cargo. long sweet and bitter finish, really good; OVERALL Loved it, although a bit too sweet, the alcool is balanced, along with the different tastes, and the hops flavors are incredible. POURED from cold bottle in trapist glass (lost mine).

Quite good. Strong citrus hop aroma. Cloudy orange-copper color with a small head. Palate was impressive with weight, good carbonation and good distribution of separate flavors on the tongue. Up front is a strong, almost harsh, bitterness coupled with a caramel sweetness on the sides. This culminated in a nice blend at the finish. Great collaboration.

11.5oz Bottled 2010 Consumed 12/26/2010

Hazy dried apricot body with bone white, slightly sudsy 1" head leaving heavy lacing

Honey, citrus, pine, and dankness on a dense pillow like mouth, soft bitter sting rolls into cleaning, numbing bitterness, big and fairly complex, thick and creamy

Spare small white head. Some lacing... and... unable to finish my rating because of the overwhelming sweetness. Harsh sweetness, unbalanced. Not my type.

Édesen indul, utána kicsit komlós lesz. Illata nagyon finom, hajba szép. Nekem nagyon tetszett.

Clear light amber, white head. Smells of sweet fruits (apricots, melon), light citrus, sweet malt and caramel. Very sweet taste with fruity notes again and caramel. Sweetest IPA I’ve ever had, light final hoppy bitterness.
