English: I Hardcore You is a 9.5% Imperial India Pale Ale, an international collaborative effort between 2 of Europe’s most rock ’n roll brewers. This beer is a blend of BrewDog’s Hardcore IPA and Mikkeller’s I Beat You. After the blending, the beer was then dry hopped a further twice. Making I Hardcore You a beer which has been dry hopped four times, or maybe even six times. We kinda lost count.

Pours a dark amber with a bubbly white head, lasting. Smell is fruity cherries and some strawberry, strong piney hop with some maltiness from the fruity notes. Taste is immediate bitter washed away by berry fruitiness and finished with a round citrusy hopness. Bitter finish and nice warming alcohol. Thick body. Delicious. Filling. Well Baclanced. Lovely finish.

Teku glass. Cooper/burnt orange with low to medium, white head, which dissapears quickly. Very clear no haziness. Intense fruity aromas - citrus (orange, tangerine), some tropical fruits (mango). Clean malty sweetness. Resinous and grassy. Some alcohol notes. Strong an complex hop flavour - mainly citrus (orange, tangerine, grapefruit) and tropical fruits (mango, pineapple) - those two are dominant. In the background some grassy and pine notes. High bitterness from the start till the end in the very end sweet accents. Aftertaste is bitter.Smooth. Medium body. Medium carbonation. No alcohol warming. Very good, highly drinkable IIPA, good balance between hop and malty/sweet character.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy brown orange with a lasting, leaving lacings, creamy off-white head. Nose fills with malt, caramel, dark tropic and citrus fruity.Taste is loads of sweet, loads of bitter and lasting . Balancing in a hardcore way. Body is strangely light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Nice but not impressive

33 cl bottle. Pours clear blond with small head. Very hoppy aroma, some fruity notes are also present. Taste is sweet at first but becomes hoppy and bitter. Veru thick mouthfeel for an IIPA. Nice balance sweet/bitternes. Very enjotable beer

The aroma is predominately grapefrui floating up from a cloudy deep amber pour. A thin, short-lived white head provides minimal lacing. Taste - Malts meet Hops and shakes hands! Carmel and grapefruit fight for dominance - ying and yang of sweet and bitter. Candied sugar confronts grapefruit. Medium body and medium carbonation. Overall, this is a wonderful IPA experience. I enjoyed the balanced juxtaposition of sweet to bitter flavors. Well done you hardcore guys!

Pours bright bright orange with a nice foamy head. Aroma is quite floral, but not citrusy juicy as really good IPAs (for me), alcohol is present in aroma. Taste is upfront nice bitterness, evened out by malt sweetness, and then overtaken by some tropical fruit inputs with some sweetness and leaves with a bitter finish, overall decent, but alcohol is too present, and the juicyness isn’t a point.
