2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle 0.33l. Pours nice deep red color with a heavy sticky longlasting head. Nose is hoppy as hell with hints of citrus. Tastes quite strong bitter hops, and the sweetness is non-existing. Aftertaste is of hops and quite watery.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Systembolaget. Huge creamy head with good duration. Color is dark amber. Aroma and taste are rich hops, flowers, malt and has a slightly watery palate, but still very nice and bitter.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours amber with a decent off white head. Aroma is very promising, great (didnít know what was in the glass!), hoppy, citric and herbs. Flavor is then suprisingly not quite what I was expecting. Very hoppy, but flat, dry and citric. Very dry on palate and finishes with a long lived tart bitter aftertaste. Best light beer I ever had.

I love the hay and siturs flavours that goes in both aroma and flavour of this beer. Really creamy head, with a rich body and a long well-balanced aftertaste! A good beer; A great alcoholfree beer!!!

3.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Almost completely clear ruby with a big fluffy dirty white head with some yellow and grey in it. Looks very nice actually.
Fantastic smell! Lots of fruity hops, passion fruit, pineapple, a hint of freshly cut grass. Great stuff. I take a sip... and the smell changes completely. Iím getting some skunky notes now, like boiled vegetables. Itís not to overpowering but itís there.
Mild taste. Some hops and a bitterness that feels more like a needle then that punch in the face some beers have. Itís there but its just picking at your mouth.
Very thin body, semi-smooth mouthfeel. Medium amount of carbonation.
What an interesting beer! It shocked me with itís big fluffy foam and appealing ruby liquid. I could smell it as I was pouring it and it had the smell that would make most IPAs green with envy. However that was the best part of this beer. The taste is basically hoppy water with little to no malt to support it. But that is to be expected by this kind of beer. However I canít help but wonder if there isnít a way to add more body without increasing the level of alcohol. Definitely something to consider for an experimental brew some time in the future.
Anyway back to this beer. I have to say itís a very nice low alcohol beer, I would definitely buy it again if I wanted to stay sober. Might be a good choice if I ever have to be the driver.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tried on bottle. This is a very interesting idea from the guys at BrewDog, a non-alcoholic beer brewed to suit even the most hardcore beer drinkers. The taste is rich, for a non-alcoholic beer, and there is some bitter flavours in there. Donít know if my bottle had been damaged somehow or if there was some residue in the bottom of the bottle but the last sip tasted really weird, almost burnt.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. It pours a clear, amber body and a small, beige head leaving lacings. The aroma is gorgeous, like sticking your head into a bag of American hops, but sadly it fades rather quickly, else it would have been at least an 8 for aroma. After a while the slightly toffee-ish malts appear and gives a sort of balance to it, and a faint roasted note too. Itís quite thin on the palate, but not really thin. Nicely carbonated too. Thereís lots of tropical fruits and green pine cones in the flavor, enough bitterness to provide great drinkability, and also some bready, caramel malts and a little roasted touch. The finish has pine cones and a pleasant bitterness, the malts left in the background. It drinks better than the 1.1% edition, and is equally damn good for a beer at this strenght, would have been fun having them side by side. Although my rating is higher for the 1.1%, I think Iíll choose this one as my favorite. 101001

"Hopped mineral water" ho letto da qualche parte, e mi sembra la definizione piý adatta per questo esperimento davvero infelice di BrewDog (fosse líunico..); niente corpo, niente malto, niente di niente, solo un gran luppolo (líamaro Ť bello potente anche se sono solo 45 IBUs... Ť da solo!), sembra acqua tonica al luppolo. Non riproverÚ.

2.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
330ml bottle, batch no. 90, from Vinmonopolet Langnes TromsÝ. Clear, golden-brown body. Gradually declining, off-white head leaving spotty lacing behind. Fresh hoppy aroma of fruit and flowers. Raw dry hop bitterness in flavour without any finish whatsoever. Thin and empty on the swallow, but still a very decent non-alcohol beverage. Shared with Leif and Magne, SommarÝya 24.09.2010.
