CapnCascade (28), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Jun 29, 2008 Pours black with an edge of brown or ruby where the light gets in. Moderate light brown head, some retention. Stunning aroma of vanilla, raisins, plums, dark berries, burnt sugar, wood, and Christmas pudding. I could quite happily sit here and smell this for days. Very sweet flavour that quite represents the aroma but with the suggestion of chocolate and port. Mouthfeel is ridiculously smooth with low carbonation. Absolutely wonderful. I need more of this, and I need it now.
