COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask & Bottled;
A trashy blonde concession for those who mouthed the words (in a deliberate manner) on the Punk IPA label, then spat the beer out. For you crazy rock n roll peeps who thought the extra 2% would make you loose the Harry Plotter entirely. Dry-Hopped which mean we add hops after the fermentation to give the beer a real aromatic zesty aroma and a depth of flavour and body which bellies its ABV. Fluorescent in colour, this beer might even make you glow in the dark. Zeitgeist in a bottle.

Cask conditioned - gravity dispense - Peterborough BF. A light golden coloured beer with some sharp bitter citrus hops in the aroma. The taste is bitter and a bit harsh. Needs more body and certianly not in the same league as the Punk IPA.

Cask (gravity dispense) at Reading Beer Festival, May 2008. Orange gold. Bitter hoppy rather than aromatic. Lots of lemon in the flavour. I thought the balance was a bit off-kilter. As harrisoni said, a touch (too) astringent. Not one of Brewdog’s finest.

A Mes rate: Gravicask at Reading Beer Festival.
Pale gold with a good white head. Decent hoops, lots of rubber and earth. Very soapy in the flavour. More rubber. Far from the best BrewDog.
