This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl from Boissons Service - Montagny (CH). Orangy beer with nice cream head, very small crackling, some laces on the glass. Aromas of tropical fruits, mango, pinneapple in syrup, perfumed hops. The taste is superb, fruity malt, apricot, mango and bitter orange, lined acidity. Immediatly followed by the bitter bite of citrus and resin. Dry finish, bitter, lond and pretty good.

Color dorado con cabeza de espuma blanca que desaparece rapido. Aroma citrico con mucho lupulo. Sabor a Mango y Albaricoque con el regusto amargo tipico del estilo. Una cerveza facil de tomar a diario!

Bottle. Pours pale orange with decent white head. Distinct hoppy aroma with citrus. Quite bitter flavour, very hoppy but ballanced. Medium body with long a bit dry aftertaste.

Bottle. Hazy medium golden, chalky bubbly head. Aroma is fresh citrus zest, very inviting. Lively fresh pink grapefruit and tangerine citrus hop character carry lightly sweet malts. Bitterness is just right. Mouthfeel is soft. I think I just found a new favourite session IPA....

I make such a mean... badass curry, that although this is a kickass beer it couldn’t quite cope with the cacophony of spices the curry was carrying.

UPDATED: OCT 17, 2012 330ml bottle. Pours a lightly hazed dark gold with average off-white head that leaves a little lace. Lots of fresh grapefruit and tangerine on the nose with a nice piny edge. There’s a faint caramel maltiness buried at the bottom. A touch less impressive on the palate with a hint of astringency that throws the bitterness off a little. Still with the grapefruit on the palate and some pine but some of the complexity of the nose is missing. All around a nice improvement over the 6% version.

0.33 L bottle from Vinmonopolet. A tall foamy, just off-white head, upon a slightly hazed pale orangey golden body. Inviting tropical- and citrus fruity hop aroma. Some light floral and resinous tones, too. Taste is crisp and clean malty, with a superb hop profil. Fine citrus fruits for flavoring, tight and and clean hops for bittering. Citrus and tropical linger in a lasting finish. A no-nonsense, rock solid classical IPA.

33 cl bottle @ Gastropub Praha. Batch #110, BBE 28.1.2011. Rated on 30.04.2011
Aroma has really nice hops with lots of exotic fruits. Flavour goes to the basics of IPA with lots of fruity hops. Grapefruits and some citrus in the finish. Refreshing IPA, much better than the old recipe.
