3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Canned in Canada. Hazy light honey color, large white head. The aroma is honey and herbs, the flavor spicy. Nice fruity finish.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
L: pours a bright hazy gold with a huge pillowy head, nice lacing.
S: the aroma is a big bright mix of pine, tropical and citrus fruits. Really inviting.
T: along the lines of the nose, not as huge, but a full flavour.
F: a reasonably light and easy feel, a lower bitterness and malt backbone to many recent IPAs.
O: after all these years it takes on a quintessential classic vibe. Many IPAs do more now, and some better, but this is a winning introduction to the style. A stayer worth visiting time and time again.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
0.33 l bottle from local Albert Heijn, best before 4/8/2016. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Fruity-resiny aroma of mango, tangerine, orange, honey and pine. Sweetish, fruity-resiny taste of mango, tangerine, honey and pine, followed by a short, slightly to medium bitter, grapefruity finish. Thin to medium body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant, highly drinkable and refreshing but not as intense as expected. Still good.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Godt humlet øl, der helt klart er en favorit blandt IPA’er. Der er meget aromahumle i med den gode lugt.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
After having the original one at 6% many years ago, lets see if this version is better. Light golden, mildly hazy, big white-yellow cap, long lasting with good creamy-patchy lacing. Fresh hop scent with citrus, grass notes and a little sweetness. The mouthfeel is a little dry, but not full, so the wetness that remains makes it go down nicely. The bitterness as well is not really crazy. The citrus taste blends well with the malts. A nice classic IPA that is refreshing and easy-going. Not sure if this has changed that much.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy golden color. Fruity aroma, tropical fruits like grapefruit and mango, citrus as well. Medium body, some sweetness. Not perfectly sessionable. Lots of everything, kind of too much. Enjoyable though

3.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from local off licence, not exactly my first time. Lovely aroma as ever, desert island hop bill, but it all just feels watery and subdued from there. Pineapple, lime, grapefruit, biscuit. Great refresher though, good go-to, just not really what others seem to think it is. If you think this is a great IPA you need to drink more IPA.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden with very light amber tints, opaque with medium white head, medium lasting and lacing. Aroma is full on hops, light stone fruits, citrus forward in general, some pineapple. Flavor is ballanced, quite piney this can, tropical fruits(mango) and some stone fruits. Finish is bitter and continues to a long hoppy/piney aftertaste. Low carbonation, dry, medium bodied, oily texture.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Glad to come across this beer fresh from the GABF. From bottle; this is a citrus, fruit, hop forward IPA. Crisp clean finish with a light body overall. I did not find the finish to be all that bitter either. Easy drinking and a happy find.
