This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

Entre PA et IPA. Litchi et agrume. Amertume présent mais pas trop. Pas trop sucré. IPA qui se boit facilement en rentrant du boulot. Une de mes préférées

On tap at Sunset Grill. No cap but a ridiculously cloudy deep-to-light orange gradient. Aroma is stuffy/earthy, bitter orange. Heavy white pepper (thx rachaal, for the spice that was filling my nose). Huge earthy/grassy taste, bright/sour fruit bitters. Massively long dry and bitter finish. Stupid good. A treat.

Bottle. Poured a clear pale color with an average white head that mostly lasted and produced good lacing. Moderate hop tropical citrus aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium hop bittersweet flavor with a medium smooth hop citrus bittersweet finish of average duration. Solid drinkable brew.

If you are able to look beyond the hipster facade of Brewdog - you’ll find a gem of an IPA. Loads of american citrus hops and a smooth malt base to back it up. A pleasant hop aroma both on the nose and palate. Not much after taste, but enough. Very good.

Fruity aroma, rich hoppy taste. Very light in colour, looks a bit lackluster, but tastes very rich. The flavour is sour, without becoming too much. Associations to lemon, champagne and brussel sprouts.

Bottle 33cl. Excellent mild IPA. Good balance of aromatic hops and delicious malt. Provides a very good alternative to pilsner and lager for people looking for more aroma and flavor but not necessarily the full-on package of a double or imperial IPA.

Bottle. Pours light opaque amber with small white head. Aroma is dried rose leaves, soap, banana, mango, papaya, peach, spruce, juniper. Taste is medium bitter, light sweet and light sour. Body is watery with good carbonation. Finish is medium long and light bitter with notes of pink grapefruit, butter, citrus, mango, papaya, peach, elderberry flowers, spruce/pine, walnuts. Complex yet easy to drink and like.

0.33 bottle. Pours light copper coloured with a decent head. Aroma is hoppy. Flavour very hoppy with good balance of malt. Lingering bitter aftertaste. One of the best IPAs I’ve tasted.

Une bière très originale, une amertume très justement équilibrée et un goût de litchi qui vous surprend tout à coup. A découvrir.
