BrewDogís Punk is a solid IPA that makes for an enjoyable glass of beer, and is definitely worth checking out if you happen to see it on the shelves.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Not as good as the original 6% but far more reliable. The old stuff could get a little astringent, like burnt rubber, if you got the wrong batch. This is far more palatable. Still quite sharp and dry in both aroma and taste but it is tasty and refreshing. A cut apart from most beers at this strength.

Love the Teal Can. Lots of really bubbly clingy head thatís taking a bit to fade. Lots and lots of citrus in that nose. A bit of spice as well. Wow is that ever pleasant! Itís got everything I expect from an IPA. Lots of hops and citrus and tartness. Itís all really well blended together though. Thereís a sweetness that cancels out what I find to be a grapefruit taste in all IPAs, a taste I donít really enjoy. I donít mind this at all. This is perhaps the best IPAs Iíve had. Note though that Iím not really a fan of the style, so Iím sure IPA lovers may well feel differently.

Lovely pale ale aroma and this is evident in its taste giving it a nice bitter texture.

Clear orangish/golden color. No lacing left.
The aroma is just GREAT! A very welcome to IPA world. Pure citrus hops, oh my god thanks for this sensation (actually thanks for BrewDog)!
Taste is also good but a bit less superb than aroma. Orange, grapefruit and hops, hops and hops. Finishing is pronounced bitterness.
I had it with blue cheese and also a piece of apple tart. I can assure you will like it too.

Can sample at a tasting at kerenmkís place. Thanks zvikar. Clear deep golden. Hoppy aroma of tropical fruits and citrus. Flavor has light grainy sweetness, fruity hops and a mildly bitter and citric finish. Medium-bodied. Too mild, I liked the old version better.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, drunk from a snifter. Really fantastic citrus hops aroma and flavour, bitterness low and pleasant when cold, almost indetectable having warmed up a bit. I attribute this to the snifter; I tried it from other glassware and the bitterness was much more prominent.
The hop character is the crowning glory of this beer. The appearance and palate were nice enough but nothing to write home about.
