This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

In general a very light but very drinkable IPA. There are some Pale Ales out there that are hoppier and stronger, but this is still alright. Aroma is hoppy, floral and some fruityness, while the body is light but slightly bitter and hoppy. Aftertaste is floral, grassy and more hops. In general very rounded and well balanced with the malts.

Amertume assez prononcée, bon retour en bouche. Facile à boire. Une bière de soif de qualité.

Ar: Big grapefruit rind - some lemon, pine - a little resin. Ap: Hazy light orange - small white head with moderate retention, leaves some lacing and ridges of foam, with a thin, almost solid cap. T: Clean bready malt - orange pith, grapefruit, lemon - zesty - high bitterness, very clean - pine and some malt sweetness with more lemon and grapefruit. P: Medium-light body with high carbonation - finish is dry. O: Full-flavored and easy-drinking IPA - very fresh, with a nice background malt profile - classic citrus and pine hops, a really well-made AIPA.

UPDATED: MAR 21, 2014 Gold pour, small head, citrus and pine aroma. Malty introduction on the taste, followed by hops backed up by a strong citrus punch and a tropical fruit note before a bitter hops kick finish sees the beer out. Magnificent

Pours a hazy orange yellow with minimal head. Aroma is grassy grainy and spicy malt. Taste is sweet up front with a tart bitter finish. Finishes dry and clean. Has a uniquely European taste perhaps from the water. Good stuff.

It feels like some years ago it was a bit better. Nowadays, to me, it equals Highhops6 from the Dutch brewer Maximus. Nice.

Bottle. Rich hoppy aroma. I can really smell it across the table. Taste: Hops, lemon, mango, orange. I love simcoe and it really does its job in this one. Light/medium body and light carbonation. One of my favorite IPA. A summer vacation without this one is not on the list.

Bottle 33 cl, Pours golden in color with a frothy head. Lovely hoppy aroma with citrus and summer meadow notes. A bit of grassy bitter notes at first, feels quite smooth though. One of my most favourite IPA

Aroma of citrus and exotic fruit, nice color. Taste is a bit lighter than nose, a little bit of chemical aromas in aftertaste... Overall an ok IPA!
