This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

A découvrir.

Pours dark and very carbonated. Nice head. Strong aroma. Has distinctive India Pale Ale nose and taste. Does finish bitter with elements of citrus. Hint of passionfruit. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Canette 330ml.

UPDATED: JUN 15, 2013 0.33 bottle. Golden color, small, white head, has quite the retention. Spruce, tropical fruits, extremely inviting, very similar to the one of 5 A.M Saint, probably due to the fact that 3 out of 4 hops strains used are the same. Taste is rather bitter but not excessively, easily detectable tropical fruits, but it’s their bitter side that is present. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation. Finish is middle long, lightly bitter, finely balanced. All in all the beer is simply tasty, though it resembles a more dull cousin of 5 A.M Saint, due to very hop taste and overlapping of hop strains.

Tropisk aroma (Litchi). Tørr i munnen og null sødme. OK, humlesmak, men ettersmaken er litt metallisk.

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2013 Pours a hazy gold. Nice balance of crystal and massive us hops. Nice well rounded classic example of a us ipa if a little uneventful.

Golden body with a white head that had no real retention or lace. Aroma had some nice floral hop notes, mild resin and some toasted malts. Flavor had a good hop presence that was dominated by grapefruit hops. Malts weren’t much of anything and the finish was moderate.

Golden / copper beer with a white foamy heaf. Excotic fruity aroma. Mediun to full body with a round and soft mouth feel. Some mild grape fruit and sweet fruit/caramel in the flavor. One of the best beers for all occasions. Yummy!

One of the better European IPAs that Ive had. Pour was a bit flat and thin but the aroma is huge grapefruit and tropical fruit notes that really invites you to drink it. The flavor however falls a bit short with tons of biscuity doughy malt flavor that competes a bit with the hops. More carbonation would have done wonders for this but still good stuff.

[4758-20120902] Bottle. Fruity orange peel hops and grassy grains aroma. Clear, orange yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy off-white head. Grainy citrus peel an grapefruit bitter hops flavour. Medium body has a bitter bite. Quite tasty and refreshing. (8/3/8/4/16) 3.9
