This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a haxzy golden with a white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma with citrus, orange, pine and resin notes. Fruity and hoppy flavour, with notes of pine and a cardboard overtone. Bitter, dry, hoppy finish, with notes of citrus and a lingering green apple note. Slightly too much carbonation. Overall okay, but nothing special really. Good for the price though. 16.09.12.

(330ml bottle Waitrose) Pours gold with a nice white head and good lacing. The passion fruit hop hit from the chinook, Nelson sauvin is gorgeous. A very easy drinking IPA, and such a good one. Lovely Going to try it on tap when the local Brew dog bar in Shoreditch, London opens next month.

Fantastica birra IPA dal deciso profumo floreale e agrumato. Schiuma fine, aspetto chiaro, intensitŕ olfattiva molto elevato ma molto attraente, frizzantezza scarna, corpo rotondo, amaro percettibile, persistenza retro olfattiva lunga. Birra da collezione per intenditori del genere.

Bottle share with JF on Southampton beer up - 09/09/12. Pale golden with a thin white head. Grapefruit, pine, hops and citrus on the nose. Tastes of pine, hops, mango, orange and grapefruit. Medium bodied and carbonation with a bitter dry finish. Great fresh tasting IPA.

Can from the LCBO. Pours a clear orange with a bit of white head that leaves a bit of nice lacing. Smell is nice with some sweet passionfruit and mango with some pine and citrus hoppiness as a counterpoint. Palate is smooth and medium bodied though carbonation is lacking. Taste is kind of lacking, not much at first then a bit of bitterness that lingers for ages. A bit disappointing.

Thx. to Kraddel // 33 cl. bottle split // tried the first version way back // first IPA I had back then, wasn’t terribly impressed by it back then // pours almost clear orange with a bubbly white head // smell is watery pine, mango, papaya, rather bitter, plenty of orange peel, not much in the way of a sweet touch, lots of pine and watery aspects // bitter and watery with pine and mango + papaya, weak bitter herbal finish, floral touches, reasonable amount of hop bite in the back // too watery // rather weak and dull even for a supermarket beer, doesn’t particularly live up to being an IPA // why is this so watery? are they cutting costs to much? // not much difference with original version as far as I remember // this does feel bitterer // quafable

UPDATED: OCT 3, 2013 split with 77 ships, very light coloured, weak foam, bitter scent, taste more watery than i’m used to, kinda bitter, very few aftertaste. ok but not waaw-ish 3 / 5 Rerate after several times ( draft and bottle ) indeed a bit weak to me , even for abv ( compare this to thornbridge’s jaipur , for one ) but actualy pretty good for what it is . Floral , bit bitter , very balanced

12oz bottle from letpour.com. Yellow-orange pour with a thin bright white head that leaves a ring. Aroma is oily grass and citrus. Tastes are grapefruit, floral, grapes, hay, sour orange peel vibe, bready. Slightly watery thinish palate. Ok.

Bottle from the Bieradviseur in Diepenbeek. Hazy blond beer with a small white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, green apples and notes of bubblegum. Nice hop bitterness.
