This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

UPDATED: JUL 12, 2015 From B and C. Nice all around IPA. Hoppy but not a totally hop bomb. Not too bubbly and smoothly malty. Serving:Bottle

330ml can from Liquor City Claremont. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a tightly packed white head with below average retention. Aromas of citrus, spice, background caramel and some bread. Palate is medium-light body with medium carbonation. Flavours of citrus, bread, caramel, and a medium-low bitterness on the finish, which is dry. Still a fantastic go to IPA which is hop forward but well balanced.

I drank this at several parties, once it was during a metal festival in Vidy, Lausanne. In my opinion, it is a delicious and classical IPA, on the American way. The color is copper, average carbonation, thin foam. The taste in the mouth is what you could expect of an IPA, hop, decent bitterness, malt, well balanced.

Not so punk anymore! This is now a nice mid-range hoppy beer - fresh and clean and well crafted, but definitely mainstream. Mild floral hops with a spash of citrus grows slightly as the taste persists. The malt is slightly chewier than classic west coast ipas. A nice brew at 5.6%.

Aroma: very fruity - tropical, citrus and grassy notes. Appearance: clear, vibrant golden with thick frothy head. Taste: again very fruity, but with some earthy hop flavours followed by sweet malts. Very well balanced IPA.
