This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

One of the first IPA’s that I’ve tried. Fair priced, always available and always tasty, even if it’s not the same beer anymore. It’s getting better though. Good balance. Citrus, grass and bread in aroma. Some sweetness. Pretty big bitterness.

Good beer a standard by which to judge modern IPAs. Lovely light golden colour and white head.

Pours a thin white head which disappears quite quickly. Almost nothing on the nose. looks like watered down orange juice - think berocca. tastes a flabby, slightly weak orangey citrus taste. Haven’t had this for years and used to quite like it. Has it changed or have I?

Bottle from Albert Heijn Belgium. This is the Equity for punks bottle. Pours clear golden with very small head. Medium bitterness with a clear influence of the more exotic types of hop that were added in this beer. This beer has become more watery over the years.

Nice golden a bit hazy color with almost unnoticable head. Aroma tropical fruits, mosty lychee and mango; pine and spruce resin and citrus. Taste citrus, lychee and resin, mosty spruce resin. IT has a strange aftertaste some kind of anise but it could be just spruce resin. Bitterness is very light but it has nice resiny finish. Medium/soft carbonated, flat bod. IT is quite dry.

Bottle 330ml. Clear golden-yellow with small white head. The aroma has notes of tropical fruits and citrus with some graininess. The flavor has medium hoppy bitterness, notes of citrus and some tropical fruits, piney and grassy with some graininess, quite clean. Light to medium-bodied. Nice.

Enjoy once in awhile. The old recipe was much better ... Lively co2 but its pretty weak in taste on the mouth. Becoming commercially pleasing. Somewhat inconsistent.

Has nice sweet hops on the nose with lemon and syrup. Has a great creamy head with a crystalline orange body. Flavour is fine sweet hops with coriander and floral notes. A little weak on the mouth. It’s a great IPA that could be amazing with some tweaks.

Pours pale gold, thin white head, spotty lacing left behind. Highly aromatic, notes of lemon zest, jasmine, pine resin. Taste is lightly bitter, citrus forward, with underlying fragrant jasmine tones. Light body, creamy texture, soft carbonation and an astringent, lingering finish. Really well rounded IPA.
