This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

The best way to describe this beer is as perfectly balanced. Their are certainly hopper IPAs and more complex beers, but this is really the best balance I have ever had in terms of hops-complexity-sweetness-bitterness-skunkiness-cr

In bottle. White, rocky head, persistent enough. Golden yellow, cloudy. Intense at nose. Citrus, grapefuit, ananas, tropical smells, herbal. Medium body. Intense and persistent in the mouth. Beautiful malty and citrus-like entry. The bitter expands all around the mouth and a pleasant astringency asks for another sip. Balanced and armonic.

Hoppy surprise. Very bitter, nearly no sweetness. A bit pale in color and taste. Taste like a strongly hopped, bodyless pale ale. (Which doesn’t need to be a bad thing)

Bottle. Nice hoppy aroma. Amber almost clear, head vanished quickly, nice lacing. Light sweet, light bitter. Light bodied, low/medium carbo. Only bit bitter finish, pretty short. Overall I expected something better. Aroma is best part of this beer.

Nebliges hellorange, ganz kurzer Schaum. Hopfig , fruchtiges Aroma, Südfrüchte. Leicht Co2, angenehme, gut eingebundende Bitterkeit, ganz wenig malzig-süss, fruchtig. Bitter-fruchtiger Abgang.

I really dig this beer. The tropical fruit is really present in this one and complements the other, more typical traits of an IPA quite well.

Aromas of fruits, good smell. The taste is very good, and we can feel the hops a lot!
