This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

660ml bottle. Pours cloudy light copper. Smooth head that doesn’t last very long. Mild citrus aroma. Slightly sweet apple, followed by tart citrus, a little malt and a gentle but lasting bitter finish. This is very easy drinking and extremely nice.

After having the original one at 6% many years ago, lets see if this version is better. Light golden, mildly hazy, big white-yellow cap, long lasting with good creamy-patchy lacing. Fresh hop scent with citrus, grass notes and a little sweetness. The mouthfeel is a little dry, but not full, so the wetness that remains makes it go down nicely. The bitterness as well is not really crazy. The citrus taste blends well with the malts. A nice classic IPA that is refreshing and easy-going. Not sure if this has changed that much.

Hazy golden color. Fruity aroma, tropical fruits like grapefruit and mango, citrus as well. Medium body, some sweetness. Not perfectly sessionable. Lots of everything, kind of too much. Enjoyable though

Bottle from local off licence, not exactly my first time. Lovely aroma as ever, desert island hop bill, but it all just feels watery and subdued from there. Pineapple, lime, grapefruit, biscuit. Great refresher though, good go-to, just not really what others seem to think it is. If you think this is a great IPA you need to drink more IPA.

Golden with very light amber tints, opaque with medium white head, medium lasting and lacing. Aroma is full on hops, light stone fruits, citrus forward in general, some pineapple. Flavor is ballanced, quite piney this can, tropical fruits(mango) and some stone fruits. Finish is bitter and continues to a long hoppy/piney aftertaste. Low carbonation, dry, medium bodied, oily texture.

Glad to come across this beer fresh from the GABF. From bottle; this is a citrus, fruit, hop forward IPA. Crisp clean finish with a light body overall. I did not find the finish to be all that bitter either. Easy drinking and a happy find.

Cherry, grapefruit, citrus, pineapple, nectarine, so much fruit, hop.

Pale golden beer with a slight white head.

Sweet, dry and slightly bitter. Such a rich blend of fruit, amazing.

355ml enjoyed at home. B/b 27/8/16. Very big pine nose with peach/nectarine underneath. Like it. Must be the big American hops. Citrus (pink grapefruit?) and pine with biscuit malt on second sniff. Pours not quite crystal clear pale gold. Gentle carbonation with thin white head dissipating gradually. Soft mouth feel and lovely fruity/hop bitterness flavour. A winner. Doesn’t drink like 5.6.

Very light 2-3 EBC with small head. Nice hoppy taste with not that much of bitterness. Pretty dry. Very good beer.

330 ml bottle. Bought it in a Monoprix next to place Kleber in Strasbourg. Usuall great fruit, lemon, peach smell of any well made ipa. Look is deep golden with low white head, nothing special. Much softer than other ipas, but with a complex ending. Fantastic, the only better ipa iIremember is the Sculpin, and the double ipas, but, what the hell, is not that i have tried that many neither. This is a great beer. First encounter with Brew Dog and i wasn’t dissapointed.

Easy drinking IPA, not too hoppy with biscuity and earthy hints. Slight citrus notes.
