This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

Beaucoup plus caramel que je ne l’aurais imaginée. J’aurais dû m’en douter, c’est bel et bien une IPA *anglaise*, elle s’éloigne de la fraicheur et du fruité des grosses IPA américaines. Tout de même agréable.

Probably my favourite beer. The aroma is like nothing else I’ve tried, beautiful fruity hop aroma, well balanced and lively on the palate. Just a perfect beer.

Pours to a thin head that leaves slight lacing and the colour is perfectly pale ipa. The aroma hits powerfully with summer citrus and summer with straw. Lovely. The taste is cinzano, peppery, fruity, refreshingly alive. The finish is dry. Too many of these and you will be drinking yogurt for a week. Rhubarb tanin means slightly too many salts in this water profile. The ABV is right but something is just out of kilter.

Thin white head over golden beer. Good aroma intensity of very fresh hops, tropical and piney, some faint buttery sweetness. Medium carbonation, medium body, medium bitter attack, sort of hollow mid palate where the body falls through, finish becomes faintly fruity and medium bitter. It’s certainly ok but a let down from the aroma and doesn’t feel very "punk".

Citrus and hops to the fore. Easy drinking but a wee bitty too fruity for me. Light amber with foamy headwhen poured into straight glass.Lemon zest - wow.Orange marmalade too. Strength hidden in flavour. Bit too pricey for me compared to other beers of same ilk.

UPDATED: NOV 22, 2014 A very good introduction for IPAs, aroma is citrus and hoppy, thin white foam, médium body, golden color and a little bitter at the end. it’s just a fine beer.

Nästintill klar, guld gul med ett lätt färgat skum. Doft: Humle, humle, grape, omogen mango och ananas, malt, jäst. Smak: Som doft + frukt kola. Enkel och okomplicerad IPA.

Keg half-pint in Ye Olde Fighting Cocks, Oakengates on 19th Nov 2014. Poured a golden colour, with a full white head. Hops rule the nose and taste, citrus and floral with the citrus notes pushing the flowery hints to the rear. Fizzy and lemony, too highly carbonated for me and my palate. Did not really enjoy. Fizzy Toilet Duck!

light, white foam. golden / amber color. very nice and intense smell. very fruity in the nose, especially tropical fruits like mango and grapefruit are apparent. medium body, average bitterness. after the great smell i was a bit unsatisfied with the taste.
