This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

Pours a hazy light golden color with a nice white head. Aroma of floral hops with a bit of a wheat aroma in the background. Light citrus scents as well. Lightly sweet and malty with some hop bitterness at the finish. Nice fruit undertones throughout the mouth. Note quite as crisp in the mouth as I would like, but still an enjoyable drink.

11.2 oz bottle. Aroma is bready malt, perfumy; smells pretty old, although it says it’s good until 7/8/14...wait, it’s 2015 isn’t it? Shit! Pours cloudy orange with a collapsing white head. Tastes old, smells old...I screwed up here. I’m going to give it the benefit of the doubt and give it a higher score than it deserves. I will re-rate when I get a fresher bottle.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2015 From tap. Very nice citrus and grapefruit aroma with spruce note. Gold, clear color. Good foam with nice lacing. Medium carbonized. American hops in taste with malt behind. Medium, grapefruit bitterness, quickly disappears. Nice hoppy aftertaste. Very good IPA.

Nice orange color with a white head. Smell is very fruity, exotic, reminds me grapefruit. Taste too, with a balanced bitterness. Light body and very drinkable, very nice.

6 oz pour from refrigerated bottle into Spiegelau IPA glass. Fairly clear, yellow, with a large white head. Mouthfeel is between creamy and smooth. Nose is citrus and weak pine. Taste is not too impressive-- piney, wheaty, and grassy. Alright. Wouldn’t buy, but wouldn’t turn down.

Pours clear gold with frothy white head. Great aroma of passionfruit, citrus, mango and a bit herbal aswell. Taste is medium bitter with light sweet. Bitter aftertaste, light body, quite strong carbonation for an IPA. Great beer, easy drinking, refreshing, aromatic.
