| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 9, 2009 Smell of citrus and something more. Cant really decide. Good citrus or more like grape flavor with a slight bitter finnish. A nice IPA that keeps whats the labels promises. DrDavid (957), Johnson, Vermont, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 7, 2009 Bottle. Very citrusy aroma, orange and grapefruit. Unusual light yellow body, white head. This is a weird IPA, not only in color, but also in flavor. Lots of pleasant bitterness, along with citrus and pineapple. Lengthy finish, mildly bitter. mgumby10 (1850), Jupiter, Florida, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Apr 5, 2009 Pours a light orange color, with a small off white head. Smells kind of weak right away. Mostly citrus, with a faint musty hop aroma in the background. Not a good start. The flavor didnt redeem the beers slow start. The hops seemed dead in the water, very thin and watery on the palate, with mostly just funked out citrus left to be tasted. No crispness or much hop bitterness at all. Kind of lifeless. Ive been pretty disappointed with most of the stuff Brewdog makes other than their barrel aged imperial stouts. Perhaps they should just stick to that. SFLpunk (132), South Burlington, Vermont, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Apr 3, 2009 22oz brown glass pry-top.
Appearance: Crystal-clear and really pale. Almost no head, a little sudsy white bubbles.
Nose: Light citrus/pine hop character, smells like it’s going to be dry. A light woodiness, too.
Palate: Medium to light bodied and moderately dry. Good citrus (grapefruit, orange) flavors with some tropical notes (papaya, mango). Medium length finish and nicely balanced. Slight bitterness.
Notes: Well made sessionable IPA. Reminds me of a scaled-back Founder’s Double Trouble.

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 1, 2009 Aroma is orange, pine and some malt, hazy yellow, tiny white head. Flavour again is orange, pine and some fine malt. Very bitter, bold, resiny. Great! Stew41 (1050), Caulfield, Australia
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 1, 2009 Second look at this beer and this time around seemed in much better condition. Light amber in colour with some apricot overtones, looks about right for the style. Nose shows sweet resin-laden hops, maybe some sherbet here as well? More of the sweet character early, can’t quite put my finger on it, and then a reasonably robust wave of thick hops and bitterness coms through. The iron fist in a velvet glove-style commercial descriptor is quite apt. Rciesla (3600), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 30, 2009 Bottle. Pours a pale golden body with a white head. Grass, pine, citrus, and passion fruit. Butter and a dry bitter finish. Skip the IPA’s. AdamGott (190), Idaho Falls, Idaho, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Mar 23, 2009 very pale yellow pour with a light copper hue - little to no foam - very fruity, hoppy aroma - nice blend of flavorful hops is followed by malt and then a lingering bitter after taste - a little flat and could use a bit more carbonation
