Pours cloudy with a cream head. Has a very mild hops flavor but unique citrus undertones. Goes down smooth but has a very bitter finish. Great beer if it wasn’t for the finish. Despite the fruit flavours mentioned in the commercial description, I would incline slightly towards grapefruit, for the zing this beer gives. Definitely flavoursome as it heads down the throat and leaves a good lasting impression. Fine golden pale appearance. 6%?? Too drinkable.....! wyzzywyz22 (779), Wirral, Merseyside, England
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 24, 2009 Bottle, Tesco, Bidston. Poured a clear golden colour with a very thin white head.
Grassy hop aroma with notes of butter and vague caramel malt too. More fragrant hop in the flavour which had some sweetness and citrus fruit in there. Dry bitter finish that seemed to have a slight metallic tang to it, definite marks off for that. Ok but nothing wonderful. Not a patch on the Jaipur IPA I had previous to this. tlind2 (560), Helsinki, Finland
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 24, 2009 330 ml bottle. Slightly cloudy golden color, low white head. Slightly metallic hop aroma. Bitter, hoppy flavor with plenty of grapefruit, some pine and a malty background. Medium-light carbonation, medium-full body. Similar to Huvila’s HODA, not really my favorite kind of beer. blankboy (3201), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold with an average size diminishing frothy white head. Aroma’s slightly sweet, fruity and hoppy along with some biscuity malt in there too -- lots of nice resiny hops, sure smells nice. Flavour of resiny hops backed by caramel malt along with some tropical fruit and a long bitter finish -- it’s simple but this is how you do a solid IPA. Medium bodied. Great stuff, I really liked it. aphalo (82), Turku, Finland

Taste is light but lasts nicely: hops, fruits, and even salt. Aftertaste is very bitter. begbie100 (162), Oulu, Finland
