Pungent aroma of alcohol and banana bread with hints of pineapple. Cloudy and light brown with head that quickly disappates. Very smooth with big alcohol kick. Lots of banana bread flavour.
3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 shoulderbroken (585) - Tokyo, JAPAN - DEC 27, 2011
Keg at Brewdog Camden. Dark orange/amber colour, bit cloudy and with almost no head. Aroma is a bit strawberry, bit like sweet tomato ketchup and lots of alcohol. Taste is predominantly wheat and booze. Touch of fruitiness, but totally dominated by alcohol. Finish is more comfortably wheaty. Bit too strong for my taste.
