stravale (2280) - Near Carrick-on-Shannon, IRELAND - JAN 21, 2013
Keg @ BrewDog Edinburgh 190113
Amber, clear, bubbly thin head, touch of lacing
Aroma of cereal malts, soft caramel malt, hint of fruit tea
Taste of bitter hops, bitter raspberry, some toasted malt, bit metallic
Palate - Medium carb, thin body, bitter tannic palate, slight sticky. Finish - slight metallic with some faint underlying sweet fruits, quite dry.
Overall - Nah. A BrewDog experiment that went skew-whiff
