bottle. Fruit, chocolate and coffee aroma. Light sweetness and bitterness. Black color with very small brown bottom. Low carbonation and thick texture.

Bottle from Systembolaget. It poured a pitch black liquid with a small brown head. Smell of dark malts, hint of chocoalte and coffee. Taste of roasted malts, burned bitterness, coffee and chocolate. Also a bit of hops. Nice with the hops, but it felt a bit uneven.

Black with thick bubbly brown head. Aroma isn’t overwhelming, roasted and dry malty. Some sticky fruit. Very rich taste, good fierce sweetness that’s balanced by the roasted bitterness in the middle. Not very complex except the dry end. (33cl bottle at Kafe België)

Black (at least in this light) with a thin dark tan head. The aroma is alcohol, slight petroleum/oily, chocolate, leather and sweet dark fruit. Taste is more more dark fruits, malts and coffee with too much alcoholtaste imo. Good, but far from my favourite stout.

Det här är en god stout men jag hade nog hoppats på något ännu bättre, det är ju trots allt en öl från Brew dog. Med det sagt är det fortfarande en god öl där choklad och kaffe präglar smaken. Jag kan även känna av en tendens av syra, humle och en len sötma som balansetas mot bitterheten. Efterbeskan stannar kvar länge i munnen och är relativt sträv men det är här sötman kommer till sin absoluta rätt.

Very dark brown, ok head. Starts big and should hold a bit longer. Sweet caramel, roasted malts, slightly spiced. A bit to watery but not to bad at all. Just misses a boost.

Aroma has lots of cocoa, some roasted malt and hints of coffee. Flavour has coffee and hints of cocoa, some sips give also some unpleasant metal and harsh bitterness in the finish. Rather thin palate. Cold coffee in the aftertaste. Decent IS.

Bottle, pours black with small tan head. Aroma is dark chocolate, coffee, roasted malts. Taste is bitter finish. Medium body. Good stout with lots of chocolate, maybe not that interesting but still very drinkable. Think ill forget some bottles a couples of years, might improve them.
