It was only a matter of time before the original BrewDog got his paws in on the action. This egotistical young lab has decided to make a beer which best reflects himself. This is the beer equivalent of the big, cute chocolate monster. Soft, smooth, dark, chocolately and very strong. This gentle giant will never bite but would much rather give you a big lick on the face.

Nice. Finaly a beer from the young but already legendary brewer that I enjoy. Maybe it’s beceause this is an approachable beer for me, but hé, who gifs a .... Anayway. This full bodied stout drinks like a soft erotic s.m. movie. Dark, not really my style, but enjoyable and a strange climax. good palate, nice aromas and a subtile finish. chocolate, coffee, roasty, basement aromas, cough drop, soy sauce, black, hazy, frothy, brown foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour, salty, full body, oily feel, creamy, thick feel, lively, soft carbonation, long finish.

Ah finally rating this! Keg at BrewDog bar. Thick black, tiny head. Aroma is big, smoky and sweet. Lots of chocolate. Taste is sweet and strong, mocha chocolate and coffee but balanced with a roasty bitterness. Just a brilliant sweet stout.

From bottles, pours darkest brown with short lasting head. Aroma of coffee, chocolate and licorice. Taste is similar, some dried fruit. Far too bitter. Pretty decent flavors

Dark brown with fluffy tan head, dried cranberry and cola on the nose. Roasted and slightly metallic tasting. Long roast barley and acrid finish.

Bottle. Aroma of roasted malt, soy, coffee and a hint of citrus. Black color with red tone, brown head. Intense flavor of roasted malt, bitter chocolate, soy. Long-lasting bitter aftertaste that almost turns a bit sour. Medium-full bodied w low carbonation, oily to creamy texture. Nice stout, would definitely drink again.

Mörkt brun öl med moccafärgat skum. Doft av rostad malt, kaffe och lite laktrits. En trevlig sötma med choklad och kaffe samt lite mörka bär. Döljer sina 8% väl.
