Sample at a Systembolaget tasting. Smell of dried fruit, caramel and roasted sugar. Roasted taste with burned toast and dark chocolate. A bit astringent finish. Dry mouthfeel.

330ml bottle from Good Spirits Co, Glasgow - review from Christmas, I forgot to upload here. A fairly average beer from Brewdog here, although that might be a good thing when one considers it is a Christmas beer and I’ve not had the best of luck with some of them. There was some roasted malts, earthy flavours and sweetness but nothing that was all that enjoyable or interesting when it comes down to it. Not the best and not the worst but certainly not one worth picking up again

Barwa: ciemna, brązowa, pod światło prześwitująca, klarowna. Piana początkowo ładna, obfita, kremowa, średnio i grupo pęcherzykowa. Stosunkowo szybko opadająca. Wysycenie średnie. Aromat: słodowy, czekoladowy, lekko miodowy, karmelowy. Słodki i przyjemny. Smak: wyraźna słodycz, ale nie klejąca. Akcenty czekoladowe, potem nieco wytrawne.
