COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sink the Bismarck! is beer, amplified. With the volume turned full up, it is important you that you be careful with this beer and show it the same amount of sceptical, tentative respect you would show an international chess superstar, clown or gypsy. Sink the Bismarck is a quadruple IPA that contains four times the hops, four times the bitterness and frozen four times to create at a staggering 41% ABV. This is IPA amplified, the most evocative style of the craft beer resistance with the volume cranked off the scale. Kettle hopped, dry hopped then freeze hopped for a deep fruit, resinous and spicy aroma. A full out attack on your taste-buds ensues as the incredibly smooth liquid delivers a crescendo of malt, sweet honey, hop oils and a torpedo of hop bitterness which lasts and lasts.

En udvanlig stærk sag, som kun bør nydes i små mængder. Sjovt indslag, men er smagt bedre.

Wow, didn’t expect to see this one. Small tast at the RBWG grand tasting in Tampa
Clear brown, no head or lacing. Aroma is malty and vanilla. Flavor of vanilla and sweet. Hot alcohols
Wow, glad I got to try this

Thanks to homer321 for the taste at RBWG. Pretty crazy brew. Murky brown color. Booze in the nose. Piney minty (mostly)!boozy taste. Ridiculous alcohol burn. Sunk me.

Share thanks to petersluhale. Sweet, huge booze, tons of caramel, some dark fruit. Brown color. Huge booze flavor, straight alcohol, and then a face full of caramelized molasses. Warming alcohol (obviously). Lingering heat.

Micro bottle sent by Peter. Thanks bro. Nose is super booze and grassy. Still some hop character. Some resin. Taste is peppermint bøøšt juice and bitter. My ears are on fire. Lots of caramel and fuck I’m frunk.

375 ml bottle sample thanks to phaleslu. Pours a murky amber brown color with a few scant bubbles that coats the glass and lasts for seemingly hours. The aroma exploded from the glass even though there was no carbonation. Big, boozy, caramel, toffee, molasses, dark fruit, and wood. The flavor is very similar; big caramel, molasses, dark fruit and intense ethanol booze, not something I would have wanted to pursue, but I am happy that I was able to try this finally.

Sample shared by alexsdad06. Poured hazy dark copper color with a small frothy off-white head that was mostly lasting with fair lacing. Moderate to heavy earthy hop aroma. Medium to full body with slick texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy smooth bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This was a solid beer.

Sample shared by alexsdad06 (through phaleslu) . Pour cola brown no head or carbonation. Nose definitely alcohol, toffee and caramel malt, some sweet but overpower by alcohol. Taste, well here it goes, starts off promising as a liquor, burnt caramel, molasses, some almost candied fruit. Then here comes the alcohol. Mid palate to the end super strong ethanol. Feel the heat. Coating mouth feel. I’ll give it a couple extra tenths for the rarity.

Darkred clear, no head. Strong alcohol with a hint of raisins in the aroma. Cough-drop, liqruish and hops in the aftertaste. Can not recommend more than one glass of this.

Bottle at home. Pours amber, quite hoppy, bitter and fruity, surprisingly hides the alcohol more than TNP.

2 year old bottle to shot glass Smells like an IPA syrup, with some booze, chili, and oregano. This doesn’t smell as good as it did 2 years ago, but it’s still pretty rocking. Colour is an opaque reddish brown with no head. Lots of pepper, chili, booze, oil, and ending with a slam of hoppy bitterness.
